Very clean room staff was great and professional valet guys was very helpful and helpful

Parking is NOT free unless you want to park on the street where there are a bunch of homeless people walking around and sleeping. You’re basically forced to park VIP which is almost $40 per night. The shower head in our room didn’t work. Not once did we ever see the cleaning crew. No one came to replace the trash bags or clean the room during our stay which was only over the weekend but we were never even offered clean towels. The breakfast was ok but was what I’d expected. The hotel overall is nice with those few exceptions. Not sure if I’d stay again. I’ll most likely look for a place with better parking.

The property really needs some work. The rooms were not clean. We had issues with the linens. There was no one who could handle the linen problem. You are forced to valet park and ur is difficult to maneuver. You must be tech savvy to utilize the valet. The only benefit was its proximity to the event we were attending.

He couldn’t welcome us and I didn’t trust his reference for a dinner place since your kitchen was closed.

Great location. The double queen room was nice and clean when we arrived. The staff were very accommodating.

The valet staff was exceptionally professional and pleasant! The fact that you aren’t really given a choice on whether to valet or not. The alternative is possibly parking on the street. The elevator didn’t work. The front desk worker who checked us in was very unfriendly and not welcoming. If I had to encounter her again I wouldn’t return

Clean and stylish! The vibe was spot on for the age of the building. Staff was charming and helpful. Valet guys awesome! Well done! Wish we could have stayed longer.

Excelente hotel

Quiet First the internet didn’t work. After calling the front desk several times, I was told that he never heard of that before. It eventually worked but only in the suite area and not the bedroom. The toilet was not working properly and the sink in the bathroom drained very slow.

Valet staff was polite and kind. The room was spacious, updated and well kept. The snack/coffee/gift shop were not available for guests. Additionally, the hotel is not in a good part of town. Once in hotel we felt safe but not advisable to walk to other places from hotel.

Location is great. Rooms clean and up to date. Roomy. Breakfast was nice. Elevators need a little help. Valet charge a bit much.

It was nice and clean, staff was great! Location wasn’t the best and I didn’t like that there was no onsite parking , but the valet parking staff were very kind and accommodating.
