My stay was a single night and expectations were met. However I forgot my work laptop cord and needed to have it sent to me. When I called to verify that is was there and if they could mail it to me the staff was below average in assisting me. Heather the manager was very helpful and I felt went above and beyond to get this request completed. I greatly appreciate her assistance.

They could have had hot coffee and kept the water. The ice water filled in the lobby.
-
Breakfast was short on food.

Didn’t give us a room even though we had a confirmation number

Hotel needs works. Side entrance does not work, lots of wear and tear on the building. What they describe as a gym is 2 treadmills with 1 broken, an elliptical and free weights up to 24 pounds with no room to use them. Bathroom had a very bad caulking job as well as rusty tub. Looks to be an old Fairfield Inn with no new signage.

It is a nice place. No signs hard to find. I know it recently changed but a sign on the front door would have been nice or over by the Red Lobster entrance.

Expedia ripped me off. I booked the wrong date by accident. When I realized that I had booked the wrong date I tried to changle to the correct date a few minutes later but Expedia canceled my reservation and then charged me the full price for the stay. I had booked 2 rooms, so I called the hotel directly to see if it could be fixed. They were able to change the second one, but not the first one. I was also told I was going to be able to get connecting rooms. The night before my arrival I received a text message from Best Western to say they were looking forward to seeing me, but I did not have a reservation at a Best Western. I called the Fairfield Inn and found out the hotel was no longer a Fairfield Inn. They sold the hotel the day before my arrival. Nobody from Expedia contacted me. Nobody from Marriott contacted me. When I got there, I noticed the roof had several tarps to patch holes and the outside walls had huge bubbles in the paint. It was a total dump. When I went to check in the brand new manager said they did not have any connecting rooms as I was promised. I asked if I could just cancel the room without penalty and the manager assured me I would not be charged. I was left to scramble to find a new room for my family. Now Expedia is asking me to do a review on somewhere that I never stayed. I won't ever use Expedia again.
