Hampton Inn & Suites Bismarck Northwest

We were only there is catch a very early morning flight, but the staff put together a very nice grab n' go breakfast for us at 4am. The location and facility were everything we expected.

Good

Stained carpet, the size of a dinner plate and you can tell the mattress is old and saggy. Needs replacement!!!’

Nice place Room was directly above the front desk, could hear music all morning 6-8am. Window was blocked by the large stucco entrance way.

Place was decent, although the breakfast was not as good as a typical Hampton. It lacked some of the usual choices.

This place is awesome! It is conveniently located close to BSC in a quiet and serene area. The environment was peaceful and relaxing, which made my stay very enjoyable. I would definitely recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable and convenient place to stay. 10/10

My favorite. Great beds and close to the college.

Apology was given and not their fault but just an unfortunate occurrence.

The room was clean, pool and hot tub were nice. It was a bit loud above us and bathroom door would slam open. Breakfast had hot options, but just ok.

We paid for a fridge and microwave, the room had neither one. Lady at front desk supplied us with fridge, she was very very nice about it, however, no microwave. Could not get another room cause hotel was booked solid. We brought our own food and was hoping to eat it warmed up in the microwave, we made do, but we paid for something we did not get.

Quiet, clean, good breakfast. Good location. AC wasn’t working as well as would have liked, but we were immediately helped by on-site staff. The cost of a basic hotel room for a weekend night has gotten too high.

It was close to where I needed to do business. Very spendy.

Superb

Staff was exceptional and prperty clean great breakfast /coffee

Clean rooms. Great staff.

Everything was good. My expectations were met, everything was up to standard. Nothing that I can think of.

Nothing that I can think of.

The mattress was terrible, there was no bathroom fan, no fridge, no microwave. The coffee maker was gross inside and the black out drape was off the guide. No clock in rhe room either. The price we paid was spendy.

Quiet area, no noise heard from rooms around ours The mattress was terrible, there was no bathroom fan, no fridge, no microwave. The coffee maker was gross inside and the black out drape was off the guide. No clock in rhe room either. The price we paid was spendy.
