Apology was given and not their fault but just an unfortunate occurrence.

The room was clean, pool and hot tub were nice. It was a bit loud above us and bathroom door would slam open. Breakfast had hot options, but just ok.

We paid for a fridge and microwave, the room had neither one. Lady at front desk supplied us with fridge, she was very very nice about it, however, no microwave. Could not get another room cause hotel was booked solid. We brought our own food and was hoping to eat it warmed up in the microwave, we made do, but we paid for something we did not get.

Quiet, clean, good breakfast. Good location. AC wasn’t working as well as would have liked, but we were immediately helped by on-site staff. The cost of a basic hotel room for a weekend night has gotten too high.

The mattress was terrible, there was no bathroom fan, no fridge, no microwave. The coffee maker was gross inside and the black out drape was off the guide. No clock in rhe room either. The price we paid was spendy.

This is our #1 go to hotel when we travel to Bismarck. The location is great, they are pet friendly, they offer breakfast with multiple options and everything is well maintained and clean. We have never had an issue staying here, it is more expensive than other hotels in the area but it is definitely our favorite.

Rooms were very clean, staff was exceptional, specially Katrina. She was very accommodating. Rooms were quiet and beds were comfortable. We will seek out Hampton’s for future trips.
