Clean, convenient, cordial staff and fitted with in unit kitchen with full refrigerator, microwave, counter space, sink. utensils are limited - no meauring beaker, no cutting board, no bread knife, no large cutting knife. Plate cout down to 4 plates and 4 small bowls, 2 microwave bowels. Other Home2Suite properties have all of these amenities but have a 6 count for plates and small bowls and full complement of knives. This is a short stay hotel - I usually stay for one week and fill the refrigerator. Although the refrigerator is 'large', it is a fraction of the size of similar property Staybridge Suites, which has more floor space and amenities. I chose this hotel because it is usually reliable accross the country. My garbage disposal didn't work.

The hotel itself was very clean and well-maintained, and our room was spotless and comfortable. Housekeeping clearly does a great job keeping everything in great condition. It’s a great option for families, as it felt very kid-friendly with a relaxed and accommodating atmosphere. We also appreciated that it is pet-friendly, which made traveling much easier for us. Breakfast had a solid variety of options, with something for everyone, and everything was fresh and well-stocked. Overall, it was a comfortable, easy, and enjoyable stay, and we would definitely consider coming back again.

Impressively clean property with a nice compact gym next to the pool area. Breakfast exceeded expectations, and the location was very convenient.

Room extremely clean, looks like a new property, upgraded gym equipment, clean indoor pool. Room was specious, free WiFi and parking. Nice breakfast too.

Cleaning staff has to do better in rooms. Attention to detail goes far. We were disappointed

Breakfast was mediocre it was hot and fresh but eggs were pre cooked not fresh

Ultimately we left it alone as the rest of the room was very clean and just kept the drawer shut.

The bed was comfy. The space was used well. Lots of storage. Breakfast wasnt that Great.

Breakfast was well supplied, the lady kept the area completely clean and organized. Hotel was quiet. Staff was super helpful. Upon check in, our room stunk of sewage. And dirty dishes were in sink and dishwasher. Salad dressings in the fridge. There was no other room to move us to and I wasn’t feeling well. The lady documented the complaint and was very helpful. The bedding was clean, so were countertops and bathroom.

Broken bed frame. Few things to fix in bathroom. Could use a better cleaning in bathroom. Overall, very nice

The staff in the front desk was very friendly even when the computers were down and they couldn't even check us in. The rooms were clean and very nice.

Pull out sheet was dirty still and housekeeping walked into the room in the morning without knocking.
