Was able to have late check out without a fee.

Negatives - pillows were flat and garbage, hallway smelled badly, breakfast was not good (and they didn't want to clean up after the waffles so did not put them out either day we were there despite us asking for them), breakfast area was unclean, front desk lady was inattentive and rude, at check in they noted we had two rooms and said they would cancel and refund one, they canceled it but never did refund us (and it's now been a week still no refund), pool area is small, dimly lit and not well cleaned. Very disappointed in our stay and will not be returning.

Nice selection for breakfast and you could used glass dishes if you wanted.

Nice people great location big room well equipped No housekeeping Friday for towel or bed refresh for use on Friday and Saturday but it was done Saturday for Sunday use pool toowarm

Loved the breakfast

The staff was so nice and very helpful. Offered us water bottles when we got there and came down and helped fix our TV when it wasn't working. There were warm cookies in the evening.

Not much intereaction with staff. Room had an odor my wife didn't like.

Otherwise, everything was good. Keyless entry through my app worked like a charm. Breakfast was good, lots of options.

Clean, convenient, cordial staff and fitted with in unit kitchen with full refrigerator, microwave, counter space, sink. utensils are limited - no meauring beaker, no cutting board, no bread knife, no large cutting knife. Plate cout down to 4 plates and 4 small bowls, 2 microwave bowels. Other Home2Suite properties have all of these amenities but have a 6 count for plates and small bowls and full complement of knives. This is a short stay hotel - I usually stay for one week and fill the refrigerator. Although the refrigerator is 'large', it is a fraction of the size of similar property Staybridge Suites, which has more floor space and amenities. I chose this hotel because it is usually reliable accross the country. My garbage disposal didn't work.

The hotel itself was very clean and well-maintained, and our room was spotless and comfortable. Housekeeping clearly does a great job keeping everything in great condition. It’s a great option for families, as it felt very kid-friendly with a relaxed and accommodating atmosphere. We also appreciated that it is pet-friendly, which made traveling much easier for us. Breakfast had a solid variety of options, with something for everyone, and everything was fresh and well-stocked. Overall, it was a comfortable, easy, and enjoyable stay, and we would definitely consider coming back again.

Impressively clean property with a nice compact gym next to the pool area. Breakfast exceeded expectations, and the location was very convenient.

This is a great location. Its close to everything. The property is beautiful. The staff is amazing! Great trip.
