My Place Hotel - Bismarck, ND

Room was pretty gross, I didn't want to walk on the floors without shoes on. Lady at front desk was pretty grumpy. I wouldn't stay here again unless there was no other option.

This hotel has pretty good reviews and are pet friendly which is why we booked it. We got into our room and it had a bad musty smell. We turned on the AC and it seemed to fix some of it but once I found 3 cockroaches (one in the bathroom, two on the bed) we ended up packing up and asking the front desk for either a different room in a different part of the hotel or a refund. We got a room on the first floor and it was still fairly dusty/dirty (lots of hair in the bathroom and candy wrappers on the floor) but we didn’t find any bugs.

Clean, and friendly check in person,

The night staff was friendly but the morning staff not so much. The room was decently clean but the tub didn’t drain. The laundry facilities were so dirty that I went to a laundromat instead.

Very pleasant stay (1 night). Hotel has a nice large grass lawn behind the building for dogs.

Superb

Staff was very helpful!!!

When we arrived we noticed the recliner we requested was not in the room, we needed it for our handicapped friend. When we went out for the evening we asked the front desk to please v Ave it in there by time we got back, it was not done and our friend had to go elsewhere to book a room. The lady at the desk in the mornjng was very rude to me. I will never stay ar the property again.

Very clean and accommodating staff.

It was an awesome stay except the toilet seat needed to be replaced.

Clean room staff was nice. Parking is free nice kitchen.

Very nice room with comfortable beds.

Really clean and cozy stay

Very comfortable. We only stayed one night but our room was equipped with a full size refrigerator, microwave and electric stove top. This would be a pleasant place for a longer stay. Bed was very comfortable, nice size bathroom. Shampoo, conditioner and body wash dispenser provided.

Quick stay but worked perfect!

A nice comfortable place to stay.

Comfortable room at a great location. A great place to stay before flying home

Clean place, helpful staff, good parking

We needed an extra pillow because of back and knee issues and they said they could not provide.
