Great except for check in due to new system

My room was very dirty, pillow slips and sheets were stained. Bathtub was filthy, and room mess awful. Only 1 elevator worked out of 3 elevators. My experience was awful.

old and not well maintained + the bedding and towels were not the cleanest (for example, 2 out of 3 bath towels had multiple stains)

It was an easy check in and check out.

Hotel itself is nice large hot tub and swim area. Not cramped and the pool area is nice and big so not too loud. We had a poolside room, but the pool closes at 11 so it was pretty noisy until then.

I was happy the hotel had shuttle service between the airport and hotel. The staff at the desk were great and the room was great! Thank you!

I didn’t like the wet carpet the broken toilet handle . The room that smells like piss and to flash the toilet u almost had to break the thing

We booked our room 4 months before our stay, specifically choosing the newly renovated room with two queen beds. Upon arrival, the front desk attendant was brisk and unpleasant. We were not offered any of the “chocolate chip cookies” you are meant to receive, which is obviously not a necessity but was noted. The room we were assigned to was the opposite of what we had booked. It was an unrenovated, dirty, two double bed room. There was hair across the toilet and bathroom vanity area, stains on the sheets, brown, and yellow marks all over the bathtub and shower area. Towels were askew and not folded in any sort of way. The beds were not neatly tucked. The entire room felt like a guest had been habituating there prior to our arrival. We had a dinner reservation so we did not have time to immediately discuss it with the front desk attendant. Upon return returning from our reservation, we went back to the front desk and explained our situation. For reference, the room we booked did not have carpet, had a larger newly renovated bathroom, and two queen beds. It took us 30 minutes to be put into the broom we had booked. The parking situation was also regularly a difficulty.. there were not many spots, and the spots that did exist were preoccupied with vehicles using the long term parking. The front desk staff in general was very unpleasant and had no interest in greeting us telling us to have a good day or any pleasantries. I have videos to commemorate all of this I will be uploadin

I leave my car here and it is convenient, airport shuttle is great, The rooms are nice, I like it

I didn’t get the breakfast I paid extra for. Was not able to make coffee in my room no cups to do so. No silverware to use to eat my dinner. Guest services was very dismissive not very friendly or helpful. No ice machine to be found. My room was extremely warm for a very long time before it became comfortable. Not sure why shower towels were placed above the toilet that’s very unsanitary. For the price I paid I expected for better amenities and accommodations. Your staff needs to do better.

The refrigerator was broken and leaked water onto the floor. The tv did not work.

For a Double Tree at $200 a night I was very disappointed. This hotel needs a serious overhaul. The A/C in the room 904 sounded like a jet taking off. After I gave it a few very hard raps with my fist, I was able to get it quiet enough to sleep. It wasn’t Motel 6, but until they spruce it up, it’s a close second. No I didn’t waste time calling for maintenance or try and change rooms because it was midnight when I checked in and I knew they were sold out and another room to be moved to wasn’t available.

Bar closed way too early. The sink faucet leaked all over.

Airport shuttle was 10 min late picking us up at the airport and was completely full; they need a larger shuttle. The shuttle was a bit of a beat up loaner - with just a sign in the window. The morning shuttle to the airport was their normal shuttle, but it took 1/2 hour to get to Terminal 2 at 5:30 am and no traffic - so add that time in when deciding what shuttle to take. The shuttle didn't start loading until 5:30 am which is the time they were supposed to leave; the driver needs to start loading earlier when there is a line of 20 people ready to get on. The bathroom was somewhat dated.

The room was dirty it was big but it was by the pool which was very loud would not come back

Hotel property had no towels for 2 days... A/C did not work for one of the days.

We have stayed here before and would definitely stay here again. Staff were very helpful and polite. The rooms are nice, dark, and quiet.
