Extended Stay America Suites Boise Airport

I was driving all the way from Las Vegas to Seattle and wanted to book a room in Boise which is halfway, I did so two days or three in advance and took my trip. After 12 to 13 hours of driving and reaching the hotel at about 1:30 in the morning the front desk person told me that his manager canceled my appointment. With no notice no notification no anything during my drive to let me know that I did not have a room to stop with my family and sleep overnight. This was a huge let down as they were not fully booked, they canceled my appointment or reservation to try to tell me they would sell me the same room for $50 more my reservation was for $152.54 and the front desk person told me he would tell me the same room for $210 or so. I was Furious so I told him no which I'm assuming they thought I would just cave in and pay the extra money. So my wife and I and my son continued our drive and drove through the night to get home as we wanted to just get home after we weren't going to get any sleep.

Noisy, Someone stomping around upstairs in the middle of the night. Gave us one double bed instead of two, a few snacks instead of breakfast

Outside grounds could have been better kept regarding trash and dog feces.

Juanita was great but we will never stay there again, very loud and 1st room we had was awful. Juanita put us in a better room and was very nice. The smell, it was really loud. Some guests have zero respect for other guests. It was really just the worst we have stayed at. We were there for a funeral and they did end up taking care of us but it was not good.

Homeless, drunk and drug addicted people wondering around parking lot. Carpets were stained, beds were tiny and bathroom didn’t look cleaned. Left immediately and got a different hotel.

Every day I had to get new key cards as they would de-activate and not work. I purposefully kept them away from my cell phone. They even tried to clean the lock to see if it helped -- to no avail.

Dated facility. Walls were dingy. Just not the best place.

Exceptional service

Staffing was very helpful and accommodated for a late check in. They also allowed pets which was perfect for moving across country. The breakfast muffins were a little stale and the coffee was extremely watered down.

Very comfortable bed. Room temperature comfortable - heating unit quiet. Plenty of chairs, table and desk space.

The room did not have a coffee maker, we had to go to the front desk and ask for one. We also asked for an ice bucket and were told there was no ice machine, but we could make our own in the trays in the freezer. We did not want to wait hours for ice. The phone didn’t work to call the front desk. Our room was nice and clean, but I would not recommend this hotel for a one night stay!
