Cambria Hotel Boston Downtown - Seaport

The room was okay but it seemed sparsely furnished to me. The roll down shade for the window was broken. Probably the most annoying thing was that two of three elevators were out of service so the one elevator was in high demand. There was a subway station right across the street which was convenient. There were some good restaurants around also. Overall a good stay but with issues.

Beautiful hotel in a fun location.

2 rooms for 2 nights: very poor water pressure and sink/ toilet drainage issues. Only valet parking and service is very slow (plan for 30-40 mins vehicle retrieval time). Nothing really "smooth" about the our stay... constant little issues.

Nice room and a large modern bathroom. Clean room. Very close to the subway station Broadway (red line). Quite noisy due to window towards the street/city and above subway. Noisy air conditioning. However I would stay here again because of room and location.

Rooms were nice A water line broke and we had no water for over a day. Had to leave to even go to the bathroom and when asked for a partial refund they told me to contact corporate. I got $19 back.

I'd definitely stay here again. Clean, well appointed, no complaints.

The stay was great and staff very helpful and polite. We did have to change rooms due to a very loud HVAC issue in the bedroom.

The room was clean. The beds were comfortable, love the pillows. They didn't sink in . loved the shower. The staff was extremely helpful. Very kind kept us stocked with towels. They Just opened the rooftop bar with appetizers, which was beautiful with a great outlook over the city. Loved how the. T is literally a few feet from the hotel, which will take you anywhere so it helps cut back on uber fees . Great restaurants close to the hotel. The staff was very helpful and informative on the city and things to do .. loved everything will definitely stay there again the next time we visit Boston.

Bed was good. Location decent and well connected. Sound proofing needs work, air conditioning was noisy and the room’s fridge didn’t work.

Room was clean….no hand soap….air conditioning a bit loud. Valet parking was pricey.

Great location

Very convenient to the MBTA. Individual HVAC system was convenient although a little noisy. Traffic noise was fairly loud. Staff were very welcoming and helpful throughout the visit!

Rooftop bar was wonderful. Across from metro. Very comfortable beds.

The only negatives are in the bathroom. The toilet paper is not on a roll but in a dispenser like fast food napkins. Not a good design. The lighting for the room comes mainly from the bathroom. There is no way to sleep if someone is in the bathroom.

Need to replace coffee and cups for 2nd day.

What I did not like was we could not get our breakfast vouchers right then in there, there was a long long line, we were told that they would have them bring the vouchers up to our room and they did not after several hours. We ended up having to go down to collect our vouchers. On that note, the breakfast included could be more specific what you are getting when you first book for this hotel.

The only improvement needed is the toilet paper situation. It is dispensed via a box like a Kleenex box and it about as thick as cheap tissues.

Great location, staff couldn’t have been nicer, clean & newly reopened rooftop bar!
