The property was very clean and pretty but amenities

Very clean, and aesthetically pleasing facility. Unfortunately the restaurant was closed but they offered discounts to local dining. The continental breakfast was misleading. The only hot food were scrambled eggs and oatmeal. Otherwise there were cold slices of ham, cheese slices, cold cereal, apples and oranges, yogurt, bread to toast, juice, water, coffee and tea. I expected maybe a few hot proteins, maybe a waffle maker. My other complaint was the shower gel which was a very small bottle the size of my pinky. Luckily I had my own in my carry on. Valet was nice and expected for a city hotel but keep in mind parking is ~$65 per night. Otherwise very nice place to rest comfortably.

Clean room, friendly staff, and decent location with near by restaurants. My only feedback was the parking however found a near by parking garage for $40 per day. Additionally the breakfast was not the best. Overall good stay.

Nice place. Comfy bed. No seating area in rooms. Parking is inconvenient for valet staff and guest. Very secluded location.

Our room was supposed to include a free continental breakfast. On day 1 it was provided as described. On day 2 they switched to a priced menu while still describing the free continental breakfast on the tablet in the room and an email they sent me that morning. On day 3 they switched to a brown bag with yogurt and an orange. The staff was rude, housekeeping came to our room on day 2 at 9:30. I asked them to come back at 10 to which they agreed, but never came back that day. The king room was very small with no where to put our two suitcases. The room was over $300 per night and I expect more for that price.

The communications we received when we booked the stay indicated that there would be a complimentary continental breakfast provided. The first day included eggs and the items they had communicated as expected. The selection included bagels, toast, juice, eggs. On day 2 of our 3 day stay, they eliminated the complimentary part and switched to a priced menu. On day 3, they switched to a brown bag with yogurt and fruit. In the meantime the tablet in the room talked about their great continental breakfast. The room was very small with barely room for the king bed and no where to put our 2 suitcases. The TN did not get a good signal on the main network stations on on cable channels. The housekeeping staff showed up at 9:30 on day two. I asked them to come back at 10 to which they agreed, but never bothered to return. The property has great potential, but our stay was very disappointing.

Jaqueline was very kind and helpful. Our room on the 11th floor had an amazing view. Hotel was cleaned and later that night, I’m sorry I didn’t get his name but he worked overnight. An African American gentleman and he was amazing as well. The customer service from both was amazing. Will definitely stay there again.

There was a confusion on whether breakfast was complementary or not. The service in breakfast area was slow.

Great hotel, beautiful rooms. On the website they advertise a bar/terasse on the rooftop which was a big part of the reason why we booked this hotel. It is no longer opened.

I was visiting Boston for one night for the Ariana Grande concert. The Cambria was in such a convenient location in Seaport, right across the street from Broadway station. There was a Circle K next door, which was so helpful to get essentials, as well as coffee shops nearby. The team was so nice, and the complimentary breakfast was great. My mini fridge was not cooling at all, and it was plugged in from what I saw. I made a report to the front desk about it and the issue was never resolved. Not the worst thing in the world. I still really loved the hotel. The A/C system was outstanding. I slept like a baby. Thank you so much!

Its location is perfect - right off a T stop with quick access to all of Boston. Shockingly, even 12 stories up you can hear the hustle and bustle of the city - not a bad thing and not surprising, but bring a white noise machine if that would bother you. Room was clean and stayed cool. Only wish that their policy for a broken fridge was to replace the fridge instead of suggesting we move rooms. It was awesome having free continental breakfast, even if it was on the lighter side, because it’s a rare find these days! Overall would highly recommend this hotel!

Very modern and spacious, the only problem it doesn’t have parking.

I stayed for 3 days. It was a horrible experience. Super small rooms and hotel. For two days I did not have a refrigerator. I stayed at the hotel for an exam. A big exam for my career. I informed them that the refrigerator in my room was not working and horrible odor came from it. I needed to keep my food refrigerated for my exam (breakfast, lunch and dinner). A lot of my food spoiled as a result of this. They offered to hold me sealed tight lunch the first night after that they did nothing about it issue. And I didn’t feel comfortable with storing other foods with them for health and safety reasons. I paid way too much money for them do ignore my needs.

The location was excellent. Parking is a bit expensive. Parking in Boston is $$$ and hard to find. I recommend no car. Staff was great. Young lady from Dublin was very helpful and knowledgeable. The young man seemed...new. The bar is closed. The outside deck on the roof is closed. Booo. The room was very clean. The shower is huge. Bed was comfy. We would stay there again and uber or use public transport.

We were in the city for a nearby concert and only stayed one night. I had chosen the hotel due to its close proximity to the venue the concert was being held at. The hotel was beautiful and clean.
