Lots of hidden fees! The room I booked was supposed to include parking and breakfast but it did not. Then on top of those unexpected fees, an added Destination fee was included on my bill.

I have an amazing experience. The only comment is my sister almost lost her bag. But ended up in the lobby room. The staff was saying there is no more bag that we left behind until we showed the picture that we took that we were able to find the bag. Other than this small inconvenience, everything went well. The place is amazing and love the shower!

Safe and convenient location. The elevator would not take us to the.3rd floor which is where our room was. We told the front desk immediately before even going to our room, we took the stairs which we didn't mind but handicapped and elderly folks may have an issue. We went to a Red Sox game and when we returned, it still didn't work, told the front desk again. A few broken lights in our room and the front desk did not answer the phone when we tried to call for information...it rang 20 times, I hung up and tried again and waited 15 rings. Other than those issues, we was a good place to stay.

Good place. Convenient to tufts medical center. Short walks to orange and red lines. Good restaurants, Tatte coffee and Whole Foods nearby.

Nothing in this hotel is free!! No breakfast, no parking…. Nothing!! You have a room only !

Don’t let them get you on the “destination fee!” They charge you $25/day and give you a “voucher” for “free” breakfast or bar use, but it’s use it or lose because you’re paying for it anyway
