AC Hotel by Marriott Boston Downtown

Location is excellent. The rooms were great. Liked everything but the housekeeping staff did not follow through on requests.

Room clean, nice size, comfortable bed. Bartender extremely nice, enjoyed her!

The only 2 complaints was no microwave in the room and they placed us in a room that was litterly next to the highway. It was horrible. We did not request a change because the hotel was busy with the soccer game crowd. It was not the only room avaliable because we were asked what floor we wanted.

Good stay.

My daughter had the breakfast and was not impressed considering the cost. Our room was immaculate and very comfortable. We would recommend this hotel to anyone looking for safe and secure accommodations and an easy-on and easy-off highway experience. The staff was great. We needed assistance in initially operating the elevator, but we did appreciate the safety feature. It was not intuitive as to how to ascend. As an elderly person, the shower was great once my daughter instructed me how to turn it on.

The noise from the freeway was VERY loud.

Great stay. Only complaint is the highway next to our room was a little loud. Not really anything the hotel can do about it, just something to note. Wasn’t terrible though.

The room is really nice and the staff are really nice and helpful. It would be nice if there is a basic free breakfast is included.

We were only there for 5 days, day 4, we ran out of shower gel Personally the breakfast cost at $21, not worth it. Friendly and helpful staff
