Don’t let them get you on the “destination fee!” They charge you $25/day and give you a “voucher” for “free” breakfast or bar use, but it’s use it or lose because you’re paying for it anyway

Just for maintenance please check the toilet seat they're wobbly.

They too dark we ask for check out at 12 and we understand they busy but the lady at front desk they super rude and take too long to answer the phone

Clean room. Well appointed. Staff a little weak and very expensive valet. Free parking overnight around the corner btw.

Bar & kitchen were closed upon arrival - front desk said $25 credit could be used next day instead. Next day, new person rudely refused to honor credit. Daily parking fee of $62 is excessive - told us that parking across the street ourselves wouldn't be safe. Don't understand daily service fee of $25 - but then food/ drink credit of $25. $9ea for water or pretzels so it doesn't go far. Noisy - could hear people walking above. Housekeeping attempted entry at 9a while in shower - didn't speak English, so very difficult to communicate. Will not stay here again.

Hotel is on the side of a highway surrounded by apartment buildings and a Whole Foods parking lot! A very odd place to position a hotel. Stay elsewhere for the price per night

My husband and I enjoyed our stay. Staff was polite, hotel was very clean and quiet. Close to attractions and overall just a good area near downtown. I would definitely recommend.

The staff was amazing. Would recommend to stay with family.

The check in young ladies were great. Very helpful…. went above and beyond giving us assistance.

I checked in late after a long travel day and there was no conditioner, that’s no small thing when you’re hair tangles.
