AC Hotel by Marriott Boston Downtown

Great hotel good location but you need to take Uber downtown.

Bar & kitchen were closed upon arrival - front desk said $25 credit could be used next day instead. Next day, new person rudely refused to honor credit. Daily parking fee of $62 is excessive - told us that parking across the street ourselves wouldn't be safe. Don't understand daily service fee of $25 - but then food/ drink credit of $25. $9ea for water or pretzels so it doesn't go far. Noisy - could hear people walking above. Housekeeping attempted entry at 9a while in shower - didn't speak English, so very difficult to communicate. Will not stay here again.

Hotel is on the side of a highway surrounded by apartment buildings and a Whole Foods parking lot! A very odd place to position a hotel. Stay elsewhere for the price per night

My husband and I enjoyed our stay. Staff was polite, hotel was very clean and quiet. Close to attractions and overall just a good area near downtown. I would definitely recommend.

The staff was amazing. Would recommend to stay with family.

The check in young ladies were great. Very helpful…. went above and beyond giving us assistance.

Beautiful modern property with cleanliness and some decent amenities

Great location on south end. Convenient to uber around if needed from their pickup/dropoff location

We enjoyed breakfast one of the mornings as well as tried a couple of nearby options. The front desk staff were very helpful and friendly. My only recommendation would be to request a room on a higher floor and on the side facing Whole Foods rather than the freeway. We arrived late the first night and stayed in a corner room on the freeway side and it was noisy and difficult to get a good night’s sleep. However we requested a room on the other side and they were able to accommodate. We really appreciated that. The last few nights were perfect!

The room was very clean. Sharing the room with friends was slightly difficult due to the sliding bathroom door. This was something we were not a fan of but other than that a wonderful stay. The gentleman at the front desk was very nice and welcoming he had a bit of an accent and I can’t remember his name (French maybe)

I love my stay and very clean room.

They have a high mandatory fee (daily) per room to be used as credit for one person @ breakfast, or for overpriced snacks at snack store. The breakfast is not good and there’s a Tatte very close by that is much better.

Location is excellent. The rooms were great. Liked everything but the housekeeping staff did not follow through on requests.
