Always dependable

Clean room, friendly staff, and the access to the waterpark was awesome. The breakfast was good, but very crowded.

Everything went smoothly; I did not have an issue, and the staff was friendly and helpful.

The room was great: even included a dishwasher and full size frig. The staff was friendly and accommodating. The breakfast had a variety and was delicious. The selling point was the "all you can use" pass to Watiki for everyone in your party. We would definitely stay again if back in the area.

Love the waterpark and the great amenities

Great stay especially for family with kids. Water park was a blast. Rooms very clean and spacious. Would definitely stay here again. Only negative was breakfast set up, on a busy morning the lobby is chaos. Would be helpful if they started breakfast a little earlier or spaced things out a little different. This won’t stop us from booking again however as it was a great experience.

staff was friendly and helpful The only inconvenience was the waterpark usually opens at 9:00 and it did not open until 1:00 pm because of lightning so the employees gave my gods a gift card for the arcade for the inconvenience

One of the best hotel experiences we have had as a family of 4. From the extremely clean hotel and room to the wonderful breakfast to the spectacular included family friendly indoor waterpark, it was an excellent choice. Look no further.

Good base for Rapid City activities, and it’s nice to wind down at end of day at connected waterpark.

The water park was a huge hit with the kids. I assume that park slides are regularly inspected and maintained, but the deflection on the blue slide looked significant when riders were passing through an upper section. The joint in that section was also leaking significant water on to the metal support, which was discolored. Additionally, life guards were not regulating how many were on the slide at once. Again, I assume load capacity is high enough to allow less regulation for weight limits. The breakfast was good and room was clean. We would definitely come back.

I thought it was a great hotel to stay at. The brefast did rotate which was nice. And decent sized sitting area for breakfast. The beds were rather comfy and room having a mini kitchenitte was nice.

Water park

Super clean hotel, very dog friendly, my kids absolutely loved WaTiki although we never did end up finding a table to sit at. Didn’t get to try much of the breakfast because we must’ve been there during a very busy time, we saw crowds of people and decided to eat elsewhere. We ended up getting a flat tire in the parking lot the day we were leaving and the staff was so helpful, facilities management guy hooked us up with a huge air compressor to get us to a tire shop. Great location, great value, if you are a couple without kids I would NOT stay here, it’s a bunch of families and the kids are loudly jumping on beds until it hits 10pm.

Could use some upkeep but still a great stay!!
