Very friendly staff. Room was very clean. Bed was comfortable.

As soon as you check in you find out that this hotel does not have Wi Fi. They will tell you that it's down and that a technician is coming tomorrow, but that's not true. Our tub didn't drain. Housekeeping would have noticed if they cleaned the tub. They do not vacuum. The same small pieces of trash stayed in the hallway for the entire time that we were there. There were toenail clippings in the main walkway of our room that wouldn't have been there if a vacuum had been used. They don't provide any housekeeping during your stay. You can request towels, toilet paper, trash bags if you need them. The beds were comfortable.

Breakfast was good and room was fine but needs serious updating. Air condition worked but the front panel fell off several times. Relatively clean and quiet but updating is needed. Staff was fine and friendly.

WiFi wasn't working. There were no misc travel items for sale (chargers, toothbrush, snacks). No vending machines. The toilet was very dirty when I arrived; the window was open, it was hot outside, yet the AC was cranked, and my room was at 65 degrees. The front desk rarely had someone visible at the desk. I had to call or try to get their attention because they were in the back room. The beds were clean. The room was quiet. Gas station within walking distance to buy travel items.

Staff was smoking weed outside in the morning. Pool is rundown and needs maintenance. Back door is broken and does not require a key to get into the building. Not very safe. Breakfast was waffles, cereal, eggs or toast. Not very many healthy options. Definitely no breakfast buffet like advertised.

Room and king bed was very comfortable. However, the bathroom had cleaning powder on floor between tub and toilet. Also had cleaning powder on toilet lid. Which lead me to believe the toilet and floor was not wiped down completely. Lastly Expedia lists pets stay free. This is not the case as there was a $20 pet fee. Overall I would stay there again.

Room was pretty dirty with stained walls and a moldy smell. Bathroom didn’t look like it was cleaned well either before our stay

Room was clean and beds were comfy. Breakfast was good. I wish the fitness center had free weights and the machines need some maintenance, but generally a good experience.

We are satisfied return guests. Only downside this two day stay was WiFi was never found with multiple searches from our room. We just connected iPads to our cellular phones for the short time in the hotel. Breakfast with eggs, sausage, cereal, waffles, milk, juices, coffee, muffins, bagels, fruit, yogurt, and I’m sure I’m forgetting others, but it was good. Child and pet friendly. Beds are comfortable, but I don’t like the small pillows. Staff was super friendly and helpful.

Avoid! We had two rooms. Mold in corner of one shower, rooms had an unusual frito chip smell. They were dark, lighting miserable, broken chair, clock unplugged and flipped over , lamp shade tilted, cabinet door to fridge was sticky, soap scum in shower walls (both rooms) Bed had crumpled bedding at foot as if someone used it. If you like Holiday Inn standards - you definitely won’t like this hotel.

Overall very disappointing read 8.9 stars and id say at most 3 as ice machine didn't work. Very rough people who changed garbage and did breakfast . Garbage was not changed in hotel till it was on the floor never towels in the pool area

Was an easy check-in and check-out. Rooms were clean.

The room was clean and the beds were ok just didn’t like the pillows and for the price the room should have had a coffee pot with coffee and sugar and creamer packages.Also no bacon on the breakfast line it should always have both bacon and sausage.

Bugs in the room, room 225. Could use a better cleaning job
