Baymont by Wyndham Rapid City

The room was very clean and the air-conditioning worked very well. The breakfast was on time and very good every morning. The hotel staff was very helpful and nice.

Our room seemed clean enough but it smelled like a locker room. The elevators smelled like stale cigarette smoke.

Took 3 days mop elevator microwave didn't work bed had bent metal piece that bent hurt leg on it 3 times had go get ice bucket and coffee maker carpet in room stain and disgusting hall floors not vacuum

No Ice buckets or cups in room. They said they wouldn’t be providing them anymore. Not even an ice machine on the floors anymore.

Highly recommend and would stay again.

Super kind staff who goes above and beyond, big rooms Definetly needs some upgrades every peice of furniture including the bed had stains and looked a little run down...but i still enjoyed the stay

Comfortable but not the cleanest hotel. The smell in the Elevator was awful. Even after they mopped. Rooms were okay

Hotel was great, close to restaurants and shopping.

We booked a room for 2 queens beds and we were so disappointed that they were overbooked that they only had a room king size bed with a pull out couch, we went to the room, they had the bed but no couch now they had a hard time looking for a mattress for my son to sleep on

Weird that there were no cups for water in room. I asked mgr why and he said he did not know why. They just started that policy.

The guy that handled the breakfast was awesome. He delivered gallons of coffee, kept all the supplies topped up and even gave waffle making lessons.
