Room was very comfortable and quiet.

Staff was great. Location good starting point for the black hills or custered. The hotel needs some maintenance. Our room had no where to hang a towel because it had not been replaced on the door. The air filter in the ac unit had not been cleaned in a really long time and it had a hard time keeping the room cool. The shower had no slip pads. House keeping could us a little improvement. There had been a drink spill in front of the elevators and the floor was sticky for several days.

during a downpour signage was not adequate, and the front desk put me on hold for 15 min and then hung up, then dropped (?) 3 calls, When the did answer the person was new and gave the wrong directions, but we made it finally.

Room was fine. However the gym consisted of a stationary bike and elliptical machine. There wasn’t a tv on the wall to watch or weights of any kind. Breakfast was your basic free continental breakfast.

Worst front desk. Hotel staff ever. I will never stay at a Wyndham resort again because of this. They tried to charge me a second time even though I had already paid through booking.com and all the front desk person wanted to do was argue with me
