Comfort Suites Conference Center Rapid City

Superb

Nice room and it was clean. Nothing

Nice and clean

Exceptional

The place was clean, it could use some sprucing up, there is only one elevator working at this time which is understandable due to lightning, the tiles in the bathroom could be replaced, the safe didnt work, there was a light that didn't work, breakfast was the normal hotel breakfast but it was clean, they took most of the hot stuff off at 9a.m, on Sunday there wasn't much left at 9 as the place was full. The people at the desk was friendly and helpful, so, overall it is a good place to stay. Will we stay again, yes, we will and one other thing my husband didn't like was that there was no guide on the tv that told what was on tv at a given time, it gave you channels, but no shows that was available.

Thanks

Conveniently located off the highway for an overnight stay. Clean room. Beds were pretty comfortable. Shower head was not working properly and it dripped. Also had to unplug the fridge due to a noise coming from it. Minor gripes but overall fine for a one night stay.

Very friendly staff ,the place was clean and close to the airport

It was a nice property

Hot tub and breakfast Slow shower drain, not a lot of parking for trailers, and bed was very squeaky when laying down.

Very nice.

It was great. Beds were amazing. Staff was friendly and very easy to work with. Rooms were clean and comfortable with room to move for a family of 6. They also had a couple of options for breakfast.

Convenient location

Very good

Our room was clean and our stay was quiet and stress free. Hotel staff were helpful and I would recommend.

very little Broken elevator, lights in room didn't work, telephone clip broken off making telephone unusable, door to room had to be slammed in order to shut it creating excess noise for everyone next to our room and never could get on the Wi-Fi.

none.

I would like to give this property an unequivocal 5 stars ... our room was spacious and comfortable (with an amazingly comfortable bed) and the bathroom well-supplied with towels and products (including bar soap!). Breakfast was excellent and the hotel is wonderfully situated to easily visit everywhere in the Black Hills. However, upkeep could have been better. We stayed for 5 nights and during the entire time, one elevator was out of service. In addition, one of the two dryers was broken. That being said, we still would DEFINITELY stay here again.

Made reservations discovered they were not part of watiki in 10 minutes tried to cancell was told they couldn't then they said they would cancell one of the days but they didn't .

Excellent stay! The hotel was clean, comfortable, and very well maintained. The staff was friendly, helpful, and welcoming throughout our visit. Our room was comfortable and had everything we needed, and the overall atmosphere was pleasant and relaxing. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to others.
