My Place Hotel - Rapid City, SD

The room was clean, however when we had housekeep every 4 days they never did as my wife asked, like change the quilt covers on the beds and one time we did not get clean sheets as was asked for. Guest laundry was convenient. Noisy at times. Some clerks were very nice, some were downright rude!

We had a very clean, well-kept room! Staff was friendly and helpful. Drove a higher end car and had 0 issues in the parking lot with it over night. Very happy with our 4 night stay! We recommend

when we needed extras, she was right on it. Jailyn was outstanding. The handicap accessible room was good; there were nice grab bars in the shower/tub. Full size fridge with ice maker, stove top, microwave, table and chairs in room, good services. Breakfast not included unless you order room service, but otherwise, a very good stay. Choice of restaurants nearby.

Pipe burst and didn't know reservation was cancelled.

The rooms need to be updated.

Price, television didn't work, room looked dingy.

This was our second stay in a little over a week at this facility. The room given this time had a broken ice maker that would not shut off, no bath soap or shampoo…all empty. Toilet seat was broken and would shift off. Sheets were massively wrinkled (hoping they were actually changed). Disappointed. When we checked out I said “thank you” and two people at the front desk didn’t reply.

Booked while traveling to stay over night. We travel with a dog and always stay at MyPlace because they are dog friendly. We were surprised to be charged an additional $16 for the dog, but ok with it due to the cleanliness and friendliness of the staff.

Very pleasantly surprised at how nice and clean this hotel was. Rooms were wonderful - clean, large, comfy beds, full-size fridge! Would definitely stay again!

Clean and new

Nice staff. No truck parking. I had a 26’ moving truck and was told the street was pretty much it for parking.

Nothing special about this place. Nothing notably bad about it. Just ok. Price was right so that may be way. Probably wouldn’t stay again.

This hotel was quite a surprise! Although plates, bowls, silverware, and pots were missing, once a person knew this they could come prepared for their next visit. Our stay was very short as we had an early flight but our stay was great. We didn't need plates, etc., but it was very nice for a hotel. I'd like to stay here the next time I need a hotel. I thing you will love this style of hotel!

Clean and good location. The amenities in the room were great. No free breakfast but Walmart was close to grab our own and cook it in the room. Good value for the money.

No breakfast offered. No ice maker. Only in the room ice maker that they don't turn on for you so you have no ice till the next day and then still limited. You would think when they rent a room they could set the air and turn on the ice maker before you arrive so the room is actually ready for you.

Was clean and quiet. No frills, but no issues.

Room was comfortable and efficient. Only hiccup was the remote not working properly. C'est la vie
