This was a last minute stay. It was suitable for sleeping. The room just felt dingy. The sofa looked like it hadn't been cleaned in a at least a year. There was a sticky spot on the carpet. Looked clean but it wasn't. Hot tub jets barely worked. Carpet in the hallways had metal trim holding down parts of the carpet where it was curling/ripped. Very dated.

We have been staying there for Sturgis rally the past six years, things just aren't the same. All the staff seems new and not well trained. We always grill out on the patio, grills are gone. Restaurant lounge staff untrained, seems like a waste of a nice place, food was bla so we ate elsewhere. Simple things like a pad of paper and pen gone. Bike wash station blew away, nobody even knew.

Extremely rude. No welcome whatsoever. The only positive is when the manager showed up. She was nice. They need to smile and greet the guest,

The hot tub and pool were refreshing! Staff very friendly and helpful. Nice size rooms.

We arrived at hotel, there was no one at the desk. A sign read, " be back in 5 minutes" So......... after driving close to 9 hours, we waited. A staff member finally showed up and checked us in. Each and every time we came back to the hotel, there was not one time, that anyone was at the desk, we had to wait. The website said" Restaurant on site". however , it was NEVER open. Regrettably, we were there for 3 days and 2 nights. It was partially remodeled. Parts of old carpet was mixed with the new. The air conditioner rattled all night and 2 of the complimentary bottles of shower accessories were empty. Frankly, when the front desk staff arrived, they seemed half asleep, so I didn't bother with my comments.

The property was very subpar and i actually thought it was a Comfort Inn Hotel. I have stayed at the a Cambria hotel chain in Nashville and other cities and this should not be a part of that list. We requested our room to be cleaned multiple days and it never was. Upon asking hotel management for assistance they were rude, ignored me while others they arrived after me in line were helped, and overall incompetent. I would not recommend staying here.

I really enjoyed my one night stay at Cambria. Front Desk staff person was very friendly and helpful and allowed me to store my suitcases before check in time. She also helped me arrange a shuttle to the airport the next day. The shuttle driver was also very kind and personable. In addition, I ordered breakfast at the hotel and my eggs were delicious! The waitress was busy but very helpful too. The room was perfect. Everything I needed was there. I felt very well cared for during this stay and if I ever return I will book this location again.

Clean room.

The made to order breakfast was good too although there's lots of nearby spots to eat.

Thankfully, a stranger at the airport lobby was kind enough to give me a ride to the airport.I don't normally take rides from strangers, but I had no choice as there was no time for an uber, Thanks to the incompetence of the front desk at the cambria hotel. I would not recommend this hotel for cleanliness either. My sheets had a bit of crust on them and the furniture was questionable. Also, I over heard a gentleman needing a room transfer due to toe nail clippings in his dirty room.

Room was used and abused. Decor was very dark. Lamp flickered when you touched anything on the desk. Definitely ready for a renovation.

We were traveling with our family, including small children, and were left stranded in the middle of the night with no car and nowhere to stay. At 2:30 a.m., we had to walk to another hotel hoping they had a room available. Thankfully, they did because of a last-minute cancellation. The next morning, I spoke with the manager, Stacy, who was absolutely horrified by what had happened. She sincerely apologized, refunded our stay, provided complimentary breakfast for our family of four, arranged a ride for my husband to pick up our rental car, and reimbursed our Uber from the night before. Her kindness and professionalism completely changed our impression of the hotel. While I truly appreciate everything Stacy did to make things right, the overnight employee's actions were unacceptable. A family with young children should never be turned away from a room that was fully paid for and reserved months in advance after the hotel had been informed of a delayed arrival. I hope additional training is provided so no other family has to go through what we experienced.

I rented a suite that had a pull out bed. There were sheets on the pull out that were filthy. I requested new. When I got them the pillow case was torn and so was the blanket. Two days later my grand daughter told me there was an Oreo and an orange bottle cap. I watched and the cleaning staff didn’t pick it up, even though they had to go by it to make one of the queen beds. After that I was done. I told the night manager (because we were out all day until later). He made notes of everything. After we traveled all day, we came home the next night and found the Oreo and orange bottle cap on the dresser. The sofa bed I slept in had been stripped of all sheets and blankets and closed up. I had to make the sofa bed again and they didn’t have everything I needed there. I told the night manager again. Same night (late) I went to wash laundry. There was only one washer and dryer for 4 floors of hotel. I washed the clothes and then the dryer midway stopped taking my quarters. Staff came in different people tried several keys and it took a long time to figure out which key opened it. The only positive was the staff was trying their best. I wound up having to go over 5 miles away to an all night laundry to finish drying clothes so they would not mildew. I didn’t get back until 12:30 am. Each day there was not enough towels and washcloths for 3 people. Someone from the hotel called while we were out and offered a free dinner. I wanted better service not free things.

We really enjoyed our stay here.

Multiple areas of water damage and possible mold.
-
We stayed for one night. The room was clean and very spacious. We enjoyed our stay
-
The cleaning staff starts to clean my room before I move out, which is so I disrespectful.
-
The bathroom tub could have been cleaner. The breakfast was great and the staff were super helpful.

While there aren't many restaurants in the immediate surrounding area, the hotel itself features a nice, small indoor pool that the family really enjoyed. If you are looking for a quiet, relaxing trip to recharge, this is a great spot!
