I like it the hotel because it is convenient and nice swimming pool

Parking was easy and felt safe. Staff was friendly and helpful.

The Waterpark was great. Clean rooms. Friendly staff. Good breakfast.

The rooms were clean and updated, beds were comfortable. Breakfast was the usual but good. Plenty of seating for a full hotel. One recommendation would be that extra help is added on busy days to clean tables. I had to add a room at her end of stay and o always found the front desk employees to be polite and helpful. Would definitely stay again.

The room was good. Beds and pillows very comfortable. Staff was very friendly. The breakfast was kind of a disappointment. The set up was too clustered. They should not have had juice machine in corner and hot food right next to it since both those items so close to one another. The staff did not keep up very well with keeping food and drink items full. Overall I would say it was a good stay.

, but the air conditioner was very loud, so we didn't get good sleep...We would probably be back for the watepark in the future!

Great breakfast! Rooms were clean.

Breakfast was great, with good variety for everyone. Rooms were alright, along with housekeeping somewhat cleaning. Definitely needs new pillows and one of the bedsheets were ripped... Bathrooms were nice and clean, good shower pressure. Laundry onsite was a nice touch but would recommend adding a chair or some kind of seating in the room for waiting. Waterpark was good for the kids in the evening. Only parts of the water park seemed heated, the lazy river was coldest.

Clean and comfortable, the only downside was the waterpark was closed due to weather.

This place is amazing! Would definitely come here again without a doubt. The rooms are super clean, the staff super friendly and helpful and an added bonus is the water park attached to the hotel! Look no further!

The front desk staff was amazing as were housekeeping staff. The room was clean and nice. The only issue we had during our stay was the breakfast. It was at best adequate. For the life of me I will never understand how in an establishment like this how you can run out of coffee four times in less than an hour. When I spoke with the breakfast staff is was told "what's the big deal it's available 24 hours a day." I would stay here again but mage sure to bring my own coffee.

Nice place with a comfortable bed. It is attached to a water park so be prepared for lots of kids!

The room (230) was stinky! The carpet was dirty, it has red stain on it and it stinks! It needs deep cleaning or change the carpet. The staff looks unapproachable especially the front desk.
