This a decent property, but certainly not Fairfield’s finest. Their breakfast is a pitiful selection, both in choice and quantity. Rooms were comfortable and clean.

Location was excellent for visiting the Black Hills and then easy access to the airport. The beds were too soft and the “roll to the middle effect. We did not like the fact that the fan in the bathroom had no off button.

Rooms nice Breakfast ran out of eggs 45 min. Before breakfast over. Told wasn't bringing more. They did 20 min.later. for the price of hotel expected better quality. Food cold

Great free breakfast Waterpark awesome also My only complaint is actually getting to the property. It's an absolute disaster to actually get to. The whole interchange and intersection is horrible

Unfortunately the water park was having maintenance issues while we were there so we did not get to use. Very convenient location. Room was nice, good breakfast. parking very busy.

Loved staying here, will definitely be back. My 4 year old enjoyed Watiki and we enjoyed other sites near Rapid City. Room was clean and comfortable, housekeeping kept us stocked on towels, and the rest of the hotel staff were nice.

Everything was great but they do close the pools down early which was a bummer. I also thought the food was rather expensive for the quality. It wasn't like a 5 star dining experience. It's a pizza & burger joint

Was so so experience at best, room wasn’t overly clean, lacked maintenance. Can’t believe in Rapid City they charge to park a vehicle overnight.
