Sleep Inn & Suites Rapid City

Location was close to airport. Staff was friendly and efficient. Room was clean.

The staff was friendly The property was not clean and honestly put our pet at risk. Non smoking room had clearly been smoked in with burn marks on the curtains. The toilet could only flush once every 30 minutes and the sink wouldn’t drain. The pet area was LITTERED with broke glass, cigarettes and trash.

It was a very nice and clean property. The elevator quit working the morning of checkout. No signs about the elevator not working. We used the steps to go 4 floors down. We would stay here again.

It was on the outskirts of the Rapid City next to McDonalds, home of the largest Quarter Pounder with Cheese. Beds were comfortable, casino next store, gas station across the street. Check in was easy. Nice continental breakfast in the morning. Staff was friendly. Also had fresh baked cookies at night.

The front desk staff was amazing and very friendly. One name I noticed was Courtney. There was another gal that had long dark hair whom was happy and friendly. The room was cleaned by Karen. I would like these people to get kudos. So many times we hear negative, but we did really liked this place and will use again.

The Hospitality was very nice, with an excellent front desk person the bed was exceptional cookies at front desk upon arrival cant go wrong there. checking out was easy i would consider going there again. First off, the bathroom sink did not drain; that was dealt with. Second, the phones were not working at all no ringtone, nothing. Mold in the shower on the wall opposite the shower head. That was another frustrating issue: no pressure to speak of in the shower head, and the spray that came out of it was non-directional

We stayed here one night on our 2 week road trip. The sweet lady at the front desk when we got there was extremely helpful, passionate & happy. She brightened our day & our stay.

The Sleep Inn in Rapid City was very clean and the breakfast was very good. The mattress was exceptionally comfortable.

Check in was fine but had a issue with the toilet not fully flushing and it was brought up to get checked out by the maintenance guy. The 3 nights 4 days that we stayed here it was never resolved so we had to fight with a toilet while we stayed here. Otherwise everything else was fine wasn't terrible.

Staff was very friendly and helpful. The breakfast was filling with plenty to choose from. A wee bit of noise from all the traffic around.
