Damien at the front desk was very welcoming, the room was nice and super clean!

Everything else was very dirty, broken, wallpaper pealing, trash cans spilling over in the lobby for days. Our room was never serviced, no fresh towels, the bed not made even ONCE in 4 days. The water bottle filler was broken so they said to use the water machine in the workout room. But the 5 gallon water jug ran out quickly and they never replenished it. The phone was flashing red lights when we got there and I called the office to see how to retrieve the message and they said “We can’t you just need to put it on the floor so it wouldn’t bother you”. The carpet was disgusting, I felt like it was a $40 a night room that I paid $1357.58 for 4 nights. because it was a holiday weekend. My husband was putting on his shoes and saw 2 condoms under the edge of the bed…. Yuck

Pricey for a room with black mold in the shower caulking. Room was clean except the bathroom. Bed was decent.

Our room, however, was moderately clean, but very quiet. Will I stay here again? It will not be my first choice.

Good location. Staff fixed very slow drain in shower quickly. Bed was comfortable. Mattress cover and sheet come untucked every time you roll over. Was a shame bed was comfortable. Pillows not comfortable.

Was told that dog are only allowed on the 4 th floor and saw many were on other floors. I don’t appreciate being lied to. Also laundry machine on 4 th floor working ice machine not working one same floor. Door to room falling off hinges and no strike plate

Was traveling thru and stopped for the night very pleased with everything, nice rooms, good breakfast. Great service and friendly.
