La Quinta Inn and Suites by Wyndham at WaTiki Waterpark

The beds are too hard. They made my back hurt so bad I couldn't sleep.

The entire facility and staff were top notch. Especially liked the email to remind people of quiet time hours and that if there was anyone not obeying the quiet time to call the desk and it would be taken care of. We had no problems with noise during the quiet hours.

Overall the hotel room itself was ok the AC had a musty smell to it we did find some blond hair on one of the bed must be from previous people. The Waterpark and arcade was a great amenities for the kids. It was great that there was some decent breakfast at this hotel. Staff were friendly and helpful.

I’ve never had a bad experience at a LaQuinta. The room was clean, the waterpark was so much fun, and the breakfast was awesome!

We enjoyed the water park and the room was comfortable. The entrance was not very nice, it is awkward and not very well finished or taken care of. The lobby/ check in could really use some updating.

Everything was fine except being really close to the elevators. They would run constantly and past 11 at night. Then start back up at like 5 in the morning.

The staff was friendly and informative, it was clean for the most part, maybe staff check the elevators once in awhile and wipe them down, about the only area I saw that was messy. The housekeeping staff was great. The breakfast was great to, especially to the gentlemen making the waffles for us and cleaning the tables as people left. The elevator area and in it.

We did not use the Waterpark. I loved the breakfast staff, and the location was good for our needs I can't complain about anything.

friendly and efficient. The only negative was the pet area. Was miss the door and could use maintenance. Our dog could have used a space to run around freely.

They double charged me putting a hold on our vacation funds.
