Front desk staff not friendly when checking in. Convenient location and loved the water park!

It was 2 days stay here and clean spacious room ! Might be staying next time. Oh my husband just telling bed is so high for him .

We stayed in a king bed one room suite. Room was clean and had a nice kitchen area. Only issue was the air conditioning vent is high on the wall and did not really reach the bed. We were very warm trying to sleep. We had to remove the duvet and just use the sheets. Otherwise, we had a nice stay. Breakfast was what you would expect for free. Nice selection and the waffle station was very popular. Right off the highway and surrounded by other hotels.

Location was close to my job. But I'll go across the way next time at least they clean their rooms and abide by being respectful and not letting people blare music all night. Room wasn't clean at all. Spoke with staff and they didn't really seem concerned. Toe nail clippings left on the floor. Used contact on the shower something nasty on the curtain. Blaring music right at my window all night. Dirty sheets.

Thermostat would not adjust from 74 to 75 degrees. It was a hot nights stay but room was clean, breakfast good and access to Watiki was great.

Exceptional

I paid over $300/night for a very subpar experience. The room was dirty, there was even trash left over from the guests before us. Parking is $8.99/day for just a regular parking lot, it doesn't make sense. I wasn't even asked for a description of my vehicle, so how are you vetting who is parked there? Overall, this stay is not worth the money. I expected a more luxury experience for these rates

Cleanliness was ok. The shower was next level and poorly designed, leading to water everywhere lol! The water park was clean and great for allowing our teen to chill after lots of hiking, as we were visiting all the national parks. Great location!

When I booked, it said free parking which they charged me for so it wasn’t free.

Water park was broken down and prettt much ruined our stay.

A lot of the water park was closed during our stay. Our room was large with a nice kitchen and fridge set up. This was nice. The handicap accessible shower was terrible. Every time someone showered you had a pool of water all over the bathroom. When we checked into the room there was hard shredded cheese on the kitchen floor. So it could have been cleaner.

We had the best time! Definitely cannot wait until our next visit. The breakfast was awesome and the waterpark was so fun for the whole family.

Wonderful place to stay friendly staff , room was perfect , breakfast was actually good.

I booked the room through Expedia for $193.45 but was charged $219.27 from Residence Inn after we left. There is no connection between the quoted price when I booked and the charged price. For example the quoted room rate was $154.10 but the bill from Residence Inn says the room rate is $184.86. I feel duped and would not use Expedia since they're service seems to just be a hypothetical guess about how much you'll be charged.
