Clean room and hot breakfast

The front desk staff were friendly and helpful. The pool and hot tub were great. Breakfast was good. Beds were comfortable. Location was good, very quiet. Clean, smoke-free hotel. Seemed relatively newer. Location was convenient for our nearby sight-seeing.

The only less thank excellent rating would be the employee at breakfast. She didn't want me to fill up my insulated cup at the drink station. She told me that I should go down to the exercise room and use that water dispenser. I wanted ice and cold water and was very capable of filling my cop without spilling and ice or water. She walked away saying that's the way they prefer it ...meaning using the exercise room. RUDE!

Everything was great, especially the free breakfast. My only wish would be better curtains for us late sleepers.

Our kids liked the swimming pool. The breakfast was good but we disliked the use of paper plates and plastic cutlery.

Very friendly check-in staff! Hotel was clean. Air conditioner made a rattling noise the entire time it was running. The bed and pillow were extremely uncomfortable (especially the lumpy pillow).

Relatively new property. Great location right off I-90. Room was clean, and and quiet. Lobby and breakfast area were clean and ample seating during the peak breakfast window. Staff was very pleasant and helpful. Few minutes from downtown Rapid City.

Spacious room with comfortable beds and a great bathroom. Breakfast was great and I liked that they switched up the hot items every day so you got something different. Staff was very friendly and the pool was nice. Great place to stay in the Rapid City area. It is a little further away from a lot of the attractions in the Black Hills, but the location is close to major highways so it is easy to get on the road and go.
