Everything was just as we expected.

Very disappointed with the options

The staff was very friendly and our room was a great size. Everything needed a good cleaning, however. The walls were full of stains, as well as the upholstered furniture. The pool seemed extra cloudy as well. It could have been cleaner.

We stayed 4 nights and the breakfast was pathetic , same bagels, bread, eggs - felt like they had purchased in wholesale and serving the same without shame. The air conditioner was loud during night ; pretty sure they know and did nothing about it.

Check in was a mess. 3:00 check in listed, showed up at 4:00 with no rooms ready, Promised a call when room was ready, never came. Finally front desk person had to walk the halls to find us a room. Call to the manager was no help. Room was dated, furnishings worn, fridge & A/C noisy, had to unplug fridge to quiet. Would not recommend staying here to anyone

Clean, quiet and convenient.

The breakfast was very simple. No eggs or pancakes. The room was clean but housekeeping did not come in once during our 5 night stay.

We bought bleach and air freshener to clean. The bathtub is too slippery to stand for a shower. The staff was nice but the room was icky. Old furniture, stained carpet-overall, the room needs attention.

The breakfast is poor. The cleaning could be taken more seriously.

Property is a bit run down. Plaster on the walls peeling in the bathroom, carpets kind of grungy. No maid service. Otherwise fine.

We enjoyed our entire week stay. The price was right, it is very conveniently located and QUIET! The kitchen was minimal 2 hotplates in the counter (no oven). A dishwasher that was past its prime and a full size refrigerator. The flatware and dishes were too few in my opinion (2 if somethings, 3 of another). Oh, yeah... It was clean, not just the room but the common areas.

Room appeared mostly clean, but some mildew in bathroom. Thought I saw a roach our 2nd night. Wasn’t sure. But was positive on our last morning. Wish I could have caught it to show staff.

Air conditioner in the room was so loud we couldn’t sleep. Breakfast was limited to a few cereals, yogurt, vacuum packed very hard boiled eggs, no alternative milk options, and the frozen coffee concentrate was still frozen so there was no coffee.

Breakfast is sparse

Hotel needs updated. Dirty, mattress worn out and ripped, breakfast juice machine has been broke for a while, didn’t offer any other options. If you don’t plan on spending any time there other than sleeping, it will suffice.

We stayed 4 nights and houskeeeping never came. We don’t need to be picked up after everyday, but we had to go down and ask for towels every day and ask for extra trash bags. Trash and towels piled up in our room throughout the stay because of this. When asked about this, the front staff said housekeeping only comes on Monday and Thursday, but when we brought to her attention that it was Thursday and they hadn’t come, she just said they were short staffed and to leave our used towels in a pile in our room. This was disappointing because everything else about the stay was fine.

Room was good and fit our needs. The seats on the chairs were filthy though, as were the ones in commons areas. They had no ice machine but they do have refrigerators with an ice maker in the room. Ours didn't work. Breakfast is a joke. No hot food. Only bagels, muffins, cereal, fruit and coffee. I will stay elsewhere next time I'm in Rapid City.

Everything was marginal. Breakfast left a lot to be desired.
