Location was great and the staff was helpful. No hot tub was the only downside

The hotel was nice, a little understaffed, and the breakfast did not have many choices. There were only really cereals and oatmeal, and bagels+danishes, but they were understocked. The rooms themselves were pretty nice. The efficiently kitchen did not have enough (dishes, soap). Broken things include; Dishwasher, door knob to bathroom. The beds were really comfortable, and they were easy to sleep on. The temperature control in the room was very good, and the tv worked fine. The beds were pretty big too, so enough space for 4 people to be comfortable. Over all, it was alright, but a good amount of things could have been better. The pool was also quite nice, even though it does not include a hot tub.

The WiFi didn’t work

The bathroom was not clean. The area was a little scary. I would not stay here again.

Clean, comfortable room with well-equiped kitchen. Disk staff was friendly and helpful

There was a rain storm that came and after the storm the WiFi started acting up. Than we went to wash laundry and they had no quarters for their washing machines which only took quarters. By than it was late to go somewhere to get change.

Breakfast options were limited. No housekeeping or trash collection. The property including bathrooms were big infested

The front desk clerk was extremely nice and helpful!

The juice machine was out of service and there was only one flavor of yogurt. Additionally, when I checked the breakfast at 6:30 a.m, there were only 6 containers of yogurt. I was in the room next to the stairs and could hear all the foot traffic. This should be a discounted room.

Room was super dirty, found a bunch of previous customers items, stains on the floor, walls, blankets. Cracks on the bathroom floor. Won’t be back

Check in was easy. Emily at the front desk was amazing and went above and beyond to make sure we didn’t have to change rooms during our stay due to the two reservations we had.

Do not..under any circumstances,stay here for business travel and rely upon their airport shuttle service. The morning of 5/11, I had reserved a shuttle at 4:45 AM the previous evening with the desk clerk and they never bothered to set it up. I was forced at 4:30 AM to find an alternate means to the airport. Absolutely unacceptable.

Nice place. Loved the room layout. Updates needed and upholstery in common areas needs replacement though. Room lamps need replacement.

The room lacked basic amenities staff was friendly. Breakfast options were very limited with no fresh options at all.
