Best Western Braintree Inn

Our stay was okay. The room lock was broken so you could just push the door open. That is not safe at all!!!

Absolutely loved my stay here. It's so well maintained and comfortable. I'd love to stay here again anytime I'm I the area.

I absolutely loved staying at this location and would do it again. The staff was so knowledgeable about the area and insanely friendly.

Property is outdated and old. Needs renovated.

Convenient location if you have an event in the Boston area. It was a fair price. I will stay again if I travel to Boston. There is not public transportation near by, you have to drive.

Fridge didn’t work even after reporting, hvac so loud you couldn’t watch tv and the foods in lobby all buyout of date

Decent hotel for a short stay. Very convenient off the highway and close to the Logan Express shuttle to the airport. Staff were friendly and efficient. Breakfast had somewhat limited options, but I didn’t expect much from a hotel buffet. At least the breakfast area was very clean and well maintained.

Breakfast was almost nothing. It was very clean but not much to choose from. The air conditioner never got cold and made sounds all night.

One thing to point out, the fan in the bathroom was very noisy

I was excited to see the pancake maker, but it only worked sporadically. The hotel and staff were very nice

We came in for the World Cup and the hotel was situated perfectly between the airport and the stadium. Excellent rates and clean, comfy hotel.

Clean room, front desk staff was friendly

Good breakfast options, but the coffee wasn't good. We stayed 2 nights, but had no maid service. Noisy refrigerator and AC.

Outdated furnitures

Don’t stay here! The guy at the front desk was RUDE! He even went as far as to follow my teen into the workout room to make sure he was with an adult- which my husband was. He told me I was lucky I even got a room in his hotel and that I should read his websites rules not just hotels.com

Very clean, quiet, well maintained motel. Only comment is the room was very hot when we arrived and took about an hour to cool down.

There is an AWESOME pub next door to the hotel - Widowmaker Brewery, and the adjacent "Mike & Lenny's" Pizza Truck. Both amazing.
