We were disappointed that breakfast was not included. There were no bell hops. There was no valet parking. I had nowhere to hang my dress because the closet had a shelf across the middle. We were not pleased with THIS Marriott experience!

The hotel was close to the venue where we attended an event. The service at the bar, they were not attentive to our needs. We waited for 20 minutes before someone acknowledged that we were there. Then went to a customer who just arrived completely ignoring us. A simple may I help whose next could’ve resolved the confusion.

Tv not user friendly. I gave up on it. Was not showing channels so I opted to have it save channels automatically. Went in loop to nowhere. Couldn’t stream anything. When clicked Netflix on remote nothing happened.

Needing your key to get into parking lot . Caused a large back up when entering the hotel. I had to unload , wait in line to check in and then go back out and move my vehicle again.

I always like the Marriott chain. I have stayed here before. There was staining on the mattress cover, and the electrical outlets did not all work. I am disappointed that there is no room service.

Room was very clean and bed was super comfy. Toilet was clogged (when we arrived) and we had to call maintenance; but it was quickly resolved.
