Hampton Inn Boston/Braintree

Great clean hotel. Shuttle to the T was a nice amenity

Very very helpful desk clerk-I called to say that we would be a late arrival and she made note to both the afternoon clerk and the night clerk and then she wished us safe travels on the Pike and told us not to worry because traveling on the Pike is always unpredictable.

Additional shower bars would be very helpful in the bathtub. To prevent slipping

We've stayed at this hotel many times over the past several years as we have family in the area. The hotel is starting to look "tired" and in need of a refresh. The AC in our room was very noisy - sounded like we were at the beach and had waves crashing up against the shore. The bathroom sink was missing the drain plug. The AC appeared to not be working in the hallways and lobby area. The breakfast was pretty much standard fare for "breakfast included" offerings although there were days with no yogurt, no fruit, no forks, no muffins.

Definitely recommend staying here.

Abundant parking (parked like the mayor, in fact haha!!!), zero troubles / challenges regarding my newly trained service dog, room was nice and cool during the heat wave that was present then, staff was helpful, friendly and welcoming! Breakfast was TOP TIER and FAR SUPERIOR than other hotels I've ever been to. Will definitely come again!

Staff were wonderful and kind. The pool was amazing!! My husband loved the hot tub! Wonderful breakfast!

Just a tick off the quality of most Hampton Inns where we've stayed, the hotel nevertheless provided a nice room, a hot (if predictable) breakfast variety, a comfortable bed and was in a perfect location for what we needed. We appreciated the free parking and free breakfast, both of which together would be hard to get closer to Boston. Would stay again.

First we got there early Monday. The girls at front desk were wonderful and let us check into our room early! Everything was so nice and clean! The breakfast was beautifully done! We even used the shuttle to get to the train and back! Exceptional services! I didn’t find anything wrong at all!

My room was never cleaned up and the bath tub was chipped on the bottom. It was a rusty and sharp area.

Room is clean, staffers friendly, and breakfast is good.

It was fine but they need to turn off the loud lobby music and in the breakfast area not have two loud tvs going in two different channels- plus the music overhead. Very unrelaxing

However the towels didn’t seem clean one towel had a bad smell.

We stayed here outside of Boston because it was cheaper. The hotel needs major updating. The wallpaper was peeling among other things. We usually stay at Hampton, and this was the worst one as far as upkeep goes on the interior. The staff was friendly though.
