Hampton Inn Boston/Braintree

The staff were very nice. Our room was cleaned and we enjoyed the breakfast. Also like the coffee and tea station available all day.

My door didn’t close on its own, the water in the tub dripped all night and the whole hotel smelled like mildew.

Clean but needs some updating. Staff friendly and nice gym area. Close to everything.

We loved our stay. Our room was clean and the beds were very comfortable. The sheets were so soft and we had lots of pillows. The breakfast had breads/bagels/muffins, waffles, and hot scrambled eggs and sausages, yogurt and fruit. We left feeling full. The staff were very friendly and welcoming. We enjoyed the pool. The water was a good temperature. We did not try the hot tub but it seemed to work good with lots of jets. There was ample parking.

`The front desk staff was great. I love that there is a trivia on the board. My nieces enjoyed the pool and jacuzzi. Everything was well maintained.

The shuttle service only ran a short radius and limited hours. The worst Hampton Inn I have ever stayed at. Expedia should vet their offerings better. Very disappointed!!!!

This a great location whether you are going into Boston or surrounding areas. The Hampton Inn provides a shuttle service to the Adams red line which makes it hassle free to get into Boston. The Inn itself has a nice complimentary breakfast and coffee all day. The afternoon cookies are a nice touch. Danielle at the desk was super friendly and helpful. When we next return to Boston we will stay at the Hampton Inn!

Our room smelled like dog pee, it hit as soon as you walked in. We checked in after midnight (a late flight), and I did not want to go all the way back downstairs and try to get another room after a long day of travel. The carpet was actually wet, and just short of getting down and smelling it, I am going to make an educated guess that it was the reason for the smell. Overall this was probably one of the worst Hampton Inns we have ever stayed in, but it was easy on the wallet if that is important.

The hotel was a good stay. Breakfast was great and the room was clean and comfortable.

All of the employees that we interacted with were exceptional they were friendly receptive, and quickly solved any issues. The room itself was somewhat lacking. The door to access the room was not hung correctly, and you could only get it open by forcing your shoulder into the door. I couldn’t open it at all was, however, on the third entry, he hurt his shoulder, doing it. The bathroom had a water issue on the floor. It appears to be in the subfloor with tiles loose. When you stepped on it, the adjacent wall behind the bathroom door was also showing sign of water damage with the wallpaper bubbling.
