Extended Stay America Suites Boston Braintree

I love that there is a full size refrigerator and freezer!! Kitchen area has just enough space to accommodate all you quick cooking needs. The rest of the room is good and curtains are nice and dark and its quiet so you get a good nights rest! The bathroom was nice and big!! The bathroom was kind of ridiculous. It was supposed to be an accessible room I guess that means a handicapped room? but if i was in a wheelchair I never would have been able to get in and out of that room due to the weight of the door. Anyway, there was no vanity in the bathroom only a sink. I'm not sure how having just a sink in bathroom would qualify that being a handicapped bathroom? this was quite annoying as I had to keep my toiletries outside of the room on the desk and the water pressure on the hand held shower was pathetic.

The lock on the door was broken , the rack was broken as well . The hotel had a very weird smell to it

There was no lock on my door in the inside and I felt like I was staying in a homeless shelter and I did not get one sound sleep. They also stated this was in upgrade I was afraid to ask to be switched if they called this and upgrade. The fan in the bathroom which is contected to the light sounded like a helicopers the headboard to the board was clawed up along with the couch looks like someone had a cat in there.

It was very convenient. I was astounded at the dirty entrance floor and reception counter. Also the hallway carpet on the second floor was a disgrace. It hadn’t been vacuumed in a long time and had two prominently stained spots. The room itself was ok although the windows look as if it’s been years since they were cleaned at all. The cleanliness of your place really speaks to your respect or lack of respect of the people who stay there. I have to say I personally felt hurt by your lack of care. Hire more people and do a better job.

Hotel is dated and not well maintained. The smell of Pot filled my room to the point of giving me a headache. I will not stay there again.

The facility appeared to be clean however for the price of the room per night it wasn’t worth it. The room itself had a smell. It honestly smelled like old ramen. The cabinet’s door handles were falling off. The cabinetry was very dated. In the bathroom the sink had cracks in it. This property seems more suitable for a short stay not any extended stay.
