Nice staff

Front desk Eduardo was really helpful to try to sort the issues with our downgraded booking and the lack of housekeeping. Negative: Downgraded booking on check-in. The downgraded room wasn't newly refurbished as their website states and was dirty. No housekeeping even if we had ask the front desk to have the room cleaned.

Bathroom door didn’t close so You couldn’t poop with privacy The matress of the sofa bed was in terrible shape , I suggest a Murphy bed And there were not enough blanket Breakfast was ok but why use disposable plates. Not green enough

can’t believe they charged my credit card for this. it card. I think it was $400 not positive very rude to me and very very upset and I’m going through hard times right now on top of it.

Clean room, great staff great location

I thought the "free breakfast" option was second tier. Pancakes almost inedible. Toasting machine average to poor. Scrambled eggs just seemed like lightly scrambled eggs thrown into a pan. Coffee okay, but not great. Seemed more like an offering made to be able to claim "free breakfast included" not to provide good breakfast options.

Clean comfortable rooms, lobby and dining area. Excellent staff support. Breakfast was delicious and location is amazing steps away from legal seafood, ben & Jerry's ice cream, and a major established shopping mall.
