The location to all of the areas we were visiting. The staff were very friendly. It was filthy. There was mold on the ceiling in the bathroom, the shower curtain rod was about to fall down, very small trash can for the entire room. There were no extra sheets/blankets for the pull out couch. When we asked the staff they said they were out. They did end up taking from a vacant room to give to us. There was sand all over the couch, so just threw a sheet over it to sleep on. The mattress for the couch was stained and you rolled to the middle of the mattress. We ended up taking the mattress off the couch and placing it on the floor. The long term residents would smoke in the hall and then go into their room which smelled up the entire floor. Trash was left outside of the elevator all day long.

Great stay
-
It smelled awful and was not cleaned well before arrival. Crumbs and hair.

Disliked: dated appliances, slightly dirty couch, asked for new towels at day 7, never got them (in the entire 10 days). Clothes washers were 80% broken. The store had no food, drinks. Bottomeline: cheap, good sized but not the cleanest or safest place to stay.. fine for a single man.

The bathroom door had rusted starting 18" from the bottom, a floor lamp was rusted and stains on the kitchen table and floor. Pretty sure this was dog urine. Nothing in the kitchenette seemed clean enough to use, or even wash before use My room and every hallway I stepped into had deeply stained, filthy carpet. I kinda feel like I should wipe my feet before stepping g outside. I arrived at 2am, but didn't get into the lobby until 2:30, i called the hotel number but could not get any human to answer. There is no doorbell and the hotel check-in rules said before 3am. Fortunately a guest let me in. 20 minutes lated the guest woke up the an employee that was napping nearby. It was 10 minutes after 3am when I got my room key. I would have asked for another room but I had to get up for the 1st day at a new job... Upon returning after my workday I walked into the room and was overwhelmed by stench. 5 minute my nose was running and my head ached from sinus pressure (mold allergy). I packed my stuff and left after Hotels.com spoke to the desk and secured a refund for the balance of my reservation.

Customer service and Room Cleanliness And I couldn’t use the elevator to go from the third floor to lobby

The property is in dire need of remodeling and maintenance ( hence the lower rates). So if you don't mind disgusting carpets, broken elevators and clogged sinks it's a good option for the budget traveler.

Miserable
-
Sheet was stained. No towels to take a shower. Shower curtain ripped. Room needed some TLC

The hotel was the cheapest place to stay close to Logan Express Park and Fly. Parking at hotel was easy and person at counter was nice. Room was clean, but property is old

It’s nice!
-
Not the fault of the staff or those staying at the hotel but the design of the doors made it almost a necessity to slam them when closing them, so constantly heard the loud bang well into the evening, repeatedly (so maybe those guests frequently coming in and out are partly to blame)

Time for a renovation

Bad

I like everything about it The i don't remember
