This place should be avoided. Staff was nice, but crazy from smelly rooms and halls to malfunctioning doors and elevators, then the crazy furniture moving neighbor upstairs that started throwing large pieces from 2-4 am in the morning. Was glad to get moved out early.

It was as I expected tbh didn’t have high expectations really easy enough check in on arrival , however disappointed with no cafe or restuarant to get food or beverages and then a short Uber ride to the mall sorted the food and snack crisis out however soon found out the microwave wasn’t working properly so advised staff at reception next day and was told it would be replaced on that day , Still didn’t replace it my whole stay , not to worry prob wouldn’t book again . Location wasn’t ideal really but that’s just my preference , people and staff were friendly enough 👍

Staff where fantastic anything you need just ask, you can get a bus straight from the airport to braintree then 5 min uber to hotel price was good for what you get.

The first room we were given had a dishwasher full of dirty water, and the smell was terrible. I had to go to the front desk and request to be moved to another room. Unfortunately, the service did not improve after that. The front desk staff were extremely unhelpful throughout my stay. I stayed at this hotel for 24 days and did not receive room service even once, despite asking multiple times. Each time I spoke with the front desk, I was told someone would come the next day, but no one ever showed up. One staff member even told me she had left a note for the next shift to make sure my room was serviced. However, when I followed up with the next person at the desk, he said there was no note at all. The day before my stay ended, I finally received a call from the front desk saying they had heard from the corporate office about my complaint and offered to provide room service. At that point, it was too late and honestly pointless. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone. Stay away from this place. I would never stay here again.

Good value. TV didn't work for the stay,staff tried but failed to fix it. Towels not changed all week. Hot water off one day. Kitchen equipment and fridge in poor condition.

Nothing to brag about

Nothing Information was lacking, the toilet was a mess, the smell was bad, staff was not welcoming an I could go on.

Area They did not change my sheets someone stayed in there before me. My sheets smelled like onions and so did the pillows. No soap in the showers.

The cleaners are cool and preformed very well. Prices are insane at times, gotta check in daily

Its at a great loction I dont like that the smokers smoke right in front of the main door. It should be place at the side of the building

Nothing it was run down Everything they had no A/c elevator bottom broken on 3rd floor so had to take stairs

FILTHY! Rooms are simply disgusting! Every surface looks to have never been cleaned. DANGEROUS! Elevator buttons were destroyed and taped over with a note to use the stairs! Checked in and checked right back out twenty minutes later. Refused to give me my money back. Stay away!
