Spark by Hilton Brentwood Nashville I 65S

Very clean hotel. The pool was a plus. Breakfast options were great. One of the elevators broke, so that was an issue with people trying to leave and get to breakfast. Would return in a heartbeat.

Not close to restaurants. Breakfast is not great. Not much of a gym. Really in the middle of nowhere

Very nice hotel in a great part of Nashville.

Breakfast was lacking. No hot dishes. Location was good easy off and on of HWY 65 Grab bars in the shower could have had better placement. It was incontinent having to go to the 3rd floor for ice..

The room was very clean, large and comfortable. The breakfast was good. My only criticism is that when we checked in we were told breakfast was at 7, when it actually started at 6. Had we known, we could have been on the road an hour earlier. Also, for this quality hotel, I would expect that the breakfast area would have half & half or a dairy product available for coffee, not the oil based products they were offering. That was a real disappointment and the best way to start the day.

Clean room, Breakfast was good. But need to have policy of making the room everyday. Thats why I am paying for a hotel otherwise other options are more economical.

No Microwave, no coffee maker in room. One microwave in lobby for the whole building. Coffee was cold early in the morning. All Ice makers were out of service. I came in after work rooms were still being cleaned after 4:00 pm, my room didn't get cleaned. Would not recommend this place for travailing working people.

The morning breakfast and drinks were not good. They seemed short staffed and the one person needed help keeping up with everything because he was running everywhere trying to keep up.

The breakfast area was pretty bad. The tissues were poor quality and very small.

Exceptional

Our stay was perfect. The hotel was conveniently located 15 minutes from downtown. The property was clean and well maintained and the staff were friendly and very helpful. Being on a budget, the breakfast was a perfect way to start our day with a variety of offerings daily. Will definitely stay there again on our next visit to Nashville.

The property is a little older, but they have painted and have done a great job in maintaining the property! The room was nice and up to date. The staff was PHENOMENAL! Super nice! In the lobby they had Haagen Daz for sale, which is a great bonus!

Quiet, clean, good breakfast: exactly what we needed after 780 miles on the road.

Our room was clean , however the worst was the water in shower ever did get warm, nor in the sink. Our phone did not work, it had been pulled out of the wall. The TV did not work as well. We were disappointed in our stay.
