Hampton Inn Nashville/Brentwood-I-65S

Our stay was perfect. The hotel was conveniently located 15 minutes from downtown. The property was clean and well maintained and the staff were friendly and very helpful. Being on a budget, the breakfast was a perfect way to start our day with a variety of offerings daily. Will definitely stay there again on our next visit to Nashville.

The property is a little older, but they have painted and have done a great job in maintaining the property! The room was nice and up to date. The staff was PHENOMENAL! Super nice! In the lobby they had Haagen Daz for sale, which is a great bonus!

Quiet, clean, good breakfast: exactly what we needed after 780 miles on the road.

Our room was clean , however the worst was the water in shower ever did get warm, nor in the sink. Our phone did not work, it had been pulled out of the wall. The TV did not work as well. We were disappointed in our stay.

Hospitality, of all staff, day and night!

Location very convenient off of I-65, plenty of businesses, restaurants close by. Breakfast was pretty average, with enough selections to please everyone. Only thing would have made it perfect was a choice of chocolate milk. Only 1 working ice machine not on floor we stayed.

The stay was ok but they didn’t clean my sons room which was right next door to me on Saturday morning. So they went all weekend with no cleaning. The breakfast was abslouletely terrible. We asked for turkey meat and they only had pork meat. I’ve been a lot of times and the breakfast used to be better, it’s gotten worse over the years. Everyone don’t eat pork

The clerk at check in was efficient and friendly. Breakfast was really good. The breakfast area was very clean. Everything was hot and fresh.

Breakfasts was basic. No bananas. Food was just warm

Comfy bed they didn’t have the room I needed and they helped accommodate me with no extra cost.

The breakfast was adequate, but not special. No juice was available.

The staff was nice. That the hotel was under some construction and the room that I was in did not have a microwave or coffee maker. If I had known they were under construction on the website I would have made other arrangements but I like staying at the hampton when I travel but it did not let me know it was under construction until I was there and already made the reservation

The site was being renovated so breakfast lobby was closed, but the check in lobby had muffins,coffee danish and grain bar. First room we had the ac did not work so got moved to another room. The ac worked but tv channels were off air and were told that room did that sometimes. We were told someone would come to fix it but no one did. Finally on the third day we were refunded $50.00 off the total bill. That was nice but we spent 4 days and three nights with no tv. Wendy's was next door.

The office staff was very rude . We didn’t get the room we paid for .
