Only 2 nights so room wasn't cleaned but this was acceptable to us. Staff friendly and helpful, breakfast basic but fine for our needs
-
I felt unsafe. I was put in a annex building like some old motel

Good place to sleep, very quiet and property well kept however absolutely needs work and updates. Nothing fancy. Breakfast was great. Ice machine and laundry room were being worked on while we stayed. Not impressed that our rooms were right beside the noise as there were other rooms available. Also we didn't have an electrical outlet in our bathroom and the light was broken but a little jiggle made it work. Little kitchen with hot plate but only 1 spoon available as a utensil..safe and quiet place to stay is all that matters though..

Laundry was down, ice machine was down. They put us beside a unit getting renovated for a week, noise starts at 8am every morning. Will not return.

I got upgraded to a suite. It was big and clean. Location is a bit away from the city but good transport links available.

Comfy room excellent breakfast

The staff here is fantastic - super helpful, kind, and truly went above and beyond to make my experience exceptional. The location is a bit far from the center, so if you plan to stay for a couple of days without a car, it might be a bit challenging to get around.

Breakfast was very good - great variety of options and a nice meal area. There is plenty parking. Staff was nice, kind and very accommodating.

A short walk from the Tram stops to Boston I was very happy with my stay. All good.
-
The room I was in was very nice and had a nice private bathroom. There is an outside sitting area which is very nice during summer.

Keith, the hotel ambassador, was amazing! Super friendly and helpful. Breakfast was great! They also have a coffee bar open 24/7. Bed was comfy. Looks like they recently replaced the carpet with flooring, which I feel is always cleaner than carpet. The only weird thing is that it is called a hotel, but they have multiple buildings and your door opens to the outside, so really more of a motel. Good price for a downtown room. Close to the medical center.

Breakfast was sub par. Best feature was the location.

Overall, would highly recommend staying here.

The breakfast and main office was very nice. The housekeeping and maintenance staff was terrible. The shampoo and conditioners were not changed from the previous guests, the remote control had dead batteries, they barely gave any towels, the sheets had some stains, the tv had the channels all labeled incorrectly and it just seemed very shabby. The mirror had a steam feature and lights that were pretty cool though.

Staff friendly We were disappointed to find a motel style rather than a hotel style
-
A perfectly lovely room with a beautiful view of blooming Rhodies outside my window, Nothing fancy but nice room and perfectly clean. A free breakfast with a wide choice. I would definitely return when in Boston.

Very old and unkept hotel.

We booked this place for our BC Reunion! We wanted easy access to the T to head to and from BC and it was absolutely perfect! Being so close to the T made getting around the area effortless, allowing us to spend more time enjoying the City and less time worrying about transportation. The accommodations were comfortable and spacious (we had the Suite), the service was excellent (shoutout to my Man Keith who was there 3 separate times with his Gold Scissors to cut the Tags on my new Clothes), and the location truly made our trip memorable! We look forward to staying here again on our next Visit! Also they have Cookies in the Lobby!

The hotel is an older property, but our room had updated furniture and was very comfortable. 24/7 coffee was a blast ! Delicious cookies at front desk too! The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful throughout our stay. Perfect spot for exploring Boston without spending a fortune. We would definitely come back!
