I haven’t seen nasty hotels like this I’m from Detriot the worst hotel in Detriot it cleaner than this no parking not safe never again go there

Everything was fine until this hotel was suddenly converted into a shelter for asylum seekers. Everyone had to leave.

Staff stole my AirPods and no one knew who took them. The cleaning staff denied ever taking them. They could have held someone accountable for my AirPods.

The rooms were fine, but the walls are super thin and people were coming in at all hours of the night, opening and closing doors. Also, guests were super noisy both nights we stayed.

Location No microwave to heat up a meal so I could take my medication with a meal and breakfast is way too late , I eat my breakfast early so I can go to work

Didnt really like it. Location was bad for everything (visiting Fordham, subway access, ect). The staff was helpful and around 24 hours...that was about the only good thing. Beds were reasonably comfortable, though the room was very small. Cigarette smell was overwhelming in the place, even in so called nonsmoking rooms. Breakfast room was shut down, didnt see any amenities that were listed in the description. We viewed it as a place to flop. Will never stay there again.

Attended a conference at Fordham so it was a fifteen minute walk to campus and the botanical garden and zoo. Very convenient. The room was simple but clean and the front desk staff were friendly and helpful. We luckily got the last free parking spot and left the car parked for the whole time we were there. The location is close to subways and grocety stores and many eating options. The beds were clean and comfortable. The grab and go breakfast was a granola bar, inedibly stale pack of cookies, box of apple juice and an apple. So not really a breakfast. Our neighbours both nights were quite loud in moments but it was generally quiet through the night. There is not a lot of surface space to put things down but there was a safe , a fridge and a closet.
