This was my first time to New York. I paid extra and booked the Statue of Liberty Suite to have a good view of the Statue of Liberty. I am 72 and will probably never get to New York again. We were on the 5th floor and only had a view of the tree tops. No view at all. When I asked why we didn’t have a view of the Statue of Liberty I was told that we were on the correct side to have a view but weren’t on a high enough floor to see it. I asked for a refund and was told I could get a hotel credit. Since we were leaving and only there for one night that didn’t correct the issue. I think this is a form of fraud.

Great location to explore Brooklyn and loved walking over the bridge. Room had wonderful views of NYC As a family struggled with food choices for kids even though restaurants fab. We choose to eat nearby as lots of other eateries available.

Amazing view of the city and rooftop pool is always a great time. Will be back again! Amazing staff and beautiful space.

Didn’t allow me to get late checkout . Upon arrival the valet wasn’t even outside to help with baggage , for such an expensive hotel , I’d say my expectations were completely unmet
