We got there in the pouring rain. There were no spots to park. It is awful to park. The steps to get down into the lobby was very slippery. The man at front desk was very rude. I would never stay there.

Just do better this my last time staying there

One of the biggest issues was the noise. The auto shops in the area start very early, around 5 AM, so it can be hard to sleep if you are a light sleeper or if you need proper rest. I would also recommend avoiding the 9th Avenue train station if you are arriving late at night. From there, you may have to walk through a narrow dark street by the cemetery, which did not feel safe or comfortable at night. A better option is to use the Fort Hamilton Parkway station, which felt much more convenient and safer for late arrivals. Overall, it works if you only need a basic place to sleep, but the location and early morning noise definitely affected the experience, the Mc Donalds in front street, was a plus for me.

If you're looking for value for money, we'd certainly recommend it. If you're looking for luxury and glamorous surroundings - you'll need to put your hand deeper into your pocket and pay more for somewhere else! Staff were so helpful and friendly.

The breakfast was cold items and a waffle maker that's it. You need to walk down stairs to get to the lobby and the one ice machine and breakfast area are in the basement. The room was ok for the price. When the door was shut you could see the light and a bit into the hall. The room had some preexisting damage and the charging ports on the night side tables did not work. The stay was not bad but definitely was exactly what I paid for.

No lights next to bed. Just very bright single over head.
-
Room was clean Room was too small for 2 beds, and there’s no parking.
-
Good place to stay very clean had a good day other than they didn't get the delivery for the syrup for the waffles in the morning other than that everything was very good I would stay there again
-
Very small room but that is the NY experience. Breakfast room was a little hard to find on the basement level and was OK. You have to climb downstairs to enter the hotel, which is a little tough to do with bags.
-
Breakfast was very good. The location was very convenient - close to subways and bussws.
-
The check in and check out process was very smooth. Breakfast was a plus.

I requested a high level ( floor) they said they don’t have and have only in first floor!, and somebody came after me and they gave him on 3rd floor!!!
-
No parking. Had to park on the street. Unsafe area. Too expensive for area
-
The room was not that clean. It was very tiny, barely any room to walk around the bed we ended up leaving and not even staying and hopefully we can get our money back

Went to stay in brooklyn, wasn’t looking for something special. This place calls itself an inn but it’s more like a motel. You can hear everything that goes on outside the room even from the room next to us. You hear other people showers running and what they were watching on their tv. A lot of stains on the walls and quite dusty. Our first room was awful the bathroom had mildew around the cracks. We asked front service to give us at least a partial refund so we could go elsewhere and they did not want to. Then we asked for another room that was half decent at least and the front desk kept lying saying there were no other rooms available. They eventually changed our room after I told them about their lies of room availabilities. Overall would never go back, no parking what so ever either.
