He insisted the AC would be fine after 10 minutes, but that was not the case. Maintenance came, sprayed disinfectant on the air vents, and left. It smelled better, but the next night it went back to smelling strange, so we went to the front desk again and a different person was working. No questions asked, he changed our room and it was so much better. Other than that incident, our stay was good and the breakfast was okay.

No parking available, Hotel location is not clean ….12 minutes walk from hotel to nearest Subway station. Hotel rooms are small and good for 2 people… not enough space for family with kids… staff and breakfast is ok … Room is clean and room service is good…

Only staff we were able to find my the property manager.

They need to keep better maintenance in bathroom. Coffee maker didn't work and TV remote did not change channels either And have a more variety selection at breakfast. Too expensive for one night very small rooms

Stressful to find parking

Room was clean. Just needed an affordable place to stay. We really didn’t take advantage of the breakfast so can’t speak on it.

We had to book this hotel last minute due to flight cancellation.however, hotel room was clean enough for a night. Hotel floors can definitely use some upgrades but overall not bad for a night stay.

Excellent housekeeping and maintenance absolutely five star however the hotel has little to offer the double bedroom we stayed in was very small but if you need a place to stay it definitely cuts the mustard.

The room was to small,there's no parking for customers,location is not good and if you doing breakfast you have to give customers a little more variety cause boiled eggs ain't good enough best you don't give breakfast

Stuff is friendly, but no parking and the rooms is super small, but it is a clean

The room floor was not clean was very dirty. That’s only problem. I see.

The bed was way too big for me and the room.

Breakfast was good, good location , nice and quiet . They kept my room clean daily and gave me no problem with extending my stay

It’s good value for money Better price It’s far away from Paķ community and restaurants Away from the metro

Location was safe but not the best because some streets around are dirty. Walk distance to the subway if you don’t have a car It was not very clean, but not bad as well

They were helpful; gave me a room that met my specs: quiet, no steps required. The free breakfast was adequate. They do NOT have an exercise room. The local TV stations' pictures were all grainy. Only the cable channels were clear, but certainly not high res. The cost of the Uber and taxi rides from JFK was over $130 before tips. Even with their $171 rate, the total cost was well over $300 for one night. You would be better off paying a higher price for a room closer to the airport.
