Henry Norman Hotel

Shower didn’t drain properly. When brought the staffs attention, they said there was no maintenance there at the time and offered no alternative. My wife decided not to shower until we got home.

Everything was great but the A/C unit in the room was noisy.

I didn't have that while checking in with my partner. It was a cold exchange. When we asked for quick food delivery reccs as we had a show to catch, there was a brief pause from the person checking us in, so we looked at the other employee for advice. They simply said that the most recent delivery to a guest at the hotel seemed good. And that was it. The penthouse was not worth the price at all. During our last stay we were in the loft which felt so much more cozier, spacious, and romantic. Having the bed so close to the door felt like a basic room. Also it would be dope if the hotel upgraded with an option for King sized beds. I'm sad to say I won't be booking another stay at Henry Norman based off of this most recent experience. Sofia

Super friendly front desk, spacious rooms. Excellent hotel in an excellent location.

No on-site parking. That surprised me when I checked in.

Staff was super friendly. Hotel is adorable and room was comfy. It’s sort of on the very edge of the cute part of town. Surrounded by industrial parks.

Close to what I needed it for. It was clean and staff was always helpful. Nothing I stayed there before

The counter staff was exceptionally friendly and knowledgable of the area. The hotel is nice and clean and the bed was super comfortable. I would absolutely stay again.

This is our third stay at the Henry Norman. We love this charming and so very convenient hotel to our daughter in Brooklyn. You will find every room different. Four storied high ceilings in bedrooms and exceptionally home like!

Very friendly and competent staff, nice big airy and bright room, plenty of towels, complimentary water bottles, unique hotel with soul, good breakfast, nice balcony viewpoint, strong A/C, high-speed internet

Perfect location.

The The rooms could have used a Nespresso coffee machine in lieu of Mr coffee. The wood floors could have benefited from more rugs - it was loud when someone moved a chair or walked with shoes.

The Henry Norman is our home-away-from-home when we go to Brooklyn. Our son lives in Greenpoint so this is always the perfect location for our needs, plus we can ways find street parking. The staff are great, rooms comfortable with thoughtful amenities, kitchenettes, balconies with amazing views of the Manhattan skyline. ...can't think of anything...the breakfast is nothing to write home about but I think it's included in the price so whatever...

This hotel is a gem! The rooms are spacious, clean and comfortable. The front desk staff are friendly and very helpful. My tip would be to ask for a room on the 3rd floor. I would definitely stay here again!

Spacious rooms. Friendly staff. Great location. Breakfast was ok. Missed having an espresso drink option.
