BED BUGS! I was shocked to have bites all over my back and ankles. The staff at check in gave us a late check out because we had a late flight out and I was so grateful, BUT, I was shocked to have bites all over my back and ankles.

Room was clean but it had an odor. Beds were super comfortable.

I messaged the hotel in advance to ask about getting a shuttle to the airport earlier than their normal start time, and never received a reply. I also tried calling the hotel to get an answer to the same question, but nobody answered the phone. The clerk at the desk was very helpful with my request when I arrived, but it was a bit nerve-wracking to have no way of knowing about an early shuttle in advance.

It was absolutely wonderful.

Nicole at reception was especially amazing, helpful and friendly. PS. If you like planes, you can have a top view of the runway from some rooms. It was cool watching the A380 take off.

Easy airport shuttle. Nice to have a bar and dining at the hotel after a 14 hour flight.

Great staff warm and helpful ! It was also very nice that they give a free glass of wine and a meal credit on checking in! Parking very steep even for SF at 50$.

The location is great if you're using the airport. They have a shuttle that runs every 15 minutes and the shuttle ride was around 5-10 min, depending on which airline you are using. There is also a nice walking trail outside the hotel that goes around a lake next to the airport. I believe the full path is 5 miles so it's nice if you want to get a little exercise. We at at the hotel restaurant and the food was average to good. The staff was extremely polite and helpful to answer all of our questions.
