Front desk workers were not very helpful but the rest of my experience was excellent. One of the best meals I had in Boston was at this hotel (steak frites). Overall, a 4 star experience.

The staff were always professional, kind and helpful

AC Very poor, temperature at 77 F got down to 73 overnight. Never lower the Engineer offered us a fan. There was a heatwave but the AC did not keep up. Otherwise everything is great?

I love the property and I love that there was a ton of parking

As you would expect from Marriott, our room was very clean and comfortable with very good amenities. We had a problem with one room when the air conditioning cut out and all we had to don is report it to the front desk and 20 minutes later they had us in a new room just as nice. The location couldn’t have been better for our needs.

Ok
-
It was clean and the beds and the pillows were very comfortable The only thing I don’t like is, I believe that you could have a free breakfast for the money that it cost to stay there
-
Great place. Will definitely stay again
-
Also, no free Wifi! Even Motel 6 has free Wifi for Gods sake!

Cleaning of our room was a 6 out of ten. That however is an issue in all of our travels since covid so i now travel with my own disinfectant wipes and were flip flops at all times.
-
Bugs in room, not clean

Hotel is showing some age, but is in generally solid condition. Staff were generally helpful, but I wouldn't say above and beyond. Then again, the price was reasonable for a Marriott hotel, so these minor issues shouldn't persuade one from booking the hotel.

TV didn't work first night. A/C wasn't very cold.

am giving this hotel a very bad rating. They did not reimburse us at all, even though our child was very sick. We were already in Boston and were supposed to check in, but we had to take him to the emergency room. We have all the documents, but they didn’t take any of it into consideration, and they didn’t compensate us in any way.

The building is in a great location, the overall hotel is nice. Service was ok, nice people. The cards didn't work for the room so we had to go back and wait in line again. People were nice about it but it was a bummer. Then in our room the TV would not turn off with the remote, which they fixed and were great about. The side chair had dirt and stains on the pillow and fabric. The bed itself was comfortable and I appreciate the comforter being so nice. The clear sliding bathroom door is a bummer as it doesn't mask any sound or block light if someone uses the bathroom at night but not a deal-breaker. Overall, I expect more from a Marriott hotel but I know it's tough these days. It wasn't the worst, it was acceptable. I just expected more for the price and the brand. Improved cleanliness of room fabrics, working technology would be helpful. Less long lines on check-in and wipes in the gym. These are details, again, nice hotel, not a bad place. Just not what I'd expect for their flagship hotel line.

Very nice and nice, love it
-
Comfortable room. Clean facility.

I have stayed at this hotel several times and they have a turquoise lounge in the rooms. Each time, the lounge has been considerably stained and not something you would want to sit on to be honest. Otherwise the room is very nice. Lounge disgusting.

The amenities The fact that there’s beers in the gift shop. But you can’t buy after 12 like take them out after that time or cut off the refrigerator light
-
We love the hotel. Very clean.
