The tv didn’t work at all
-
I was given a room that someone was already . I reserved a room with a king bed . Got one with 2 double beds. The shower didn’t work. Not the best experience. Staff did not take care or even notice loud partying and fights below my room .
-
My room was canceled, and haven't received my refund yet and have called expedia 4xs!!! It sucked I slept in my car!!!
-
No toilet paper shower was broken

Newly renovated room was weird. Floors were slanted, Chairs rolled by themselves and drawers would roll open. Not enough plugs for electronics. Wish they complimented or included an extension strip. Appreciate the breakfast. Location was helpful.
-
I paid for a suite but when I got there, they told me that they don't have any suites available. The room looked poor and breakfast was gone before 10 am

I then took it upon myself to contact the third-party service, Hotels.com, to request a cancellation. They reached out to the hotel on my behalf, yet the girl at the front desk refused to cancel the reservation. I worked in hotels for 5 to 6 years, and never once did we refuse to refund a guest who arrived and still CHOSE not to stay. Not only did the front desk girl refuse to issue a refund, but her demeanor was overtly hostile. She went as far as accusing me of lying to Hotels.com. Anyone with even the most fundamental training in customer service understands that you do not escalate a situation by adding fuel to the fire. It was clear she lacked the ability to de-escalate appropriately and instead chose to provoke an argument. Please believe ALL of the negative reviews by so many unhappy guest below.

No juice, staff didn’t even bother refilling that. No hot water in room. They allocated another room after waiting for 6 hrs which was not even cleaned for several years, full of dust. Plugs didn’t work in that room at all. Very horrible place to stay

They were all overbooked and left rooms available and when I got there they didn’t have any rooms for me and I never received a refund. Expedia wouldn’t give me any money. Back made me go through the hotel.

No kleenex. TV stations messed up. No ice, No wifi. Staff for continual breakfast was unfriendly. Most items were empty. She acted like we had her do to much. Orange juice was empty. She said I cant get it out so no Orange juice. We got it out. And gave it to her. She was not happy. Razer blade in the hallway from recently doing some remodeling.

When I checked in I was told they were renovating and were fully booked. They never should have taken my reservation. I said I would go elsewhere, but they insisted they would give me a room. Only one lamp and the bathroom light worked. Light over the sink was not working. Microwave not plugged in and no outlet for it unless the fridge was unplugged. No hair dryer in room. Asked for one numerous times and was finally given one. If I had to hear they were renovating one more time I was going to scream. Due to a change in schedule I was going to add an additional night, but after waiting too long to do so, I went elsewhere.

Couldn’t take a shower couldn’t get ice had to cover the window the stay the worst the agent tried to help me get a new room, but they didn’t have any so I had to take the one do not want to stay there again
-
Worst experience ever. Lock lost battery and every time I wanted to get into my room they had to let me in after I call them. Heat was awful. Dirty floors smelled like urine.
-
