Americas Best Value Inn Canton

The pictures are not correct. They were doing exterior renovations, which is amazing. They keep the outside looking very nice but the interior is another story. They put new floors in and painted, but the workmanship was awful. Paint splatter everywhere. I had two rooms, both rooms the electric keys did not work. They let us in, but they meant we had to prop the door open to leave. The furniture had damage, the showerhead wasn't connected. One room didn't even have soap. I would not recommend staying here until they improve their business.

AVOID - this building should be condemned. It is dangerous, filthy, and the surrounding area is full of drugs and suspicious behaviour. Almost fell through the floor of the second level walkway. Room smelled disgusting and was filthy. Bathroom toilet HAD NO PLUMBING. How does that work? No idea but what a disgusting mess of a hotel. I would give it negative stars if I could. Had to try and get a refund and drove a half an hour to find a cleaner hotel with availability. Had to get out so fast didn’t even get photos. If they say it’s under construction as an excuse, don’t take it.

I gave the room a 4 just because there was some stain on my sheets. But i want to write this message especially to highlight the i credible staff at your establishment! They did so much ti make my stay comfortable and enjoyable, it made any little inconvenience not a big deal. And in fact they helped me with any inconvenience and were super responsive. I believe her name was Laura? I think? But she was so nice too! Incredible staff you have there!

Positives: Lady at the reception is nice for the most part and if u dont get a room like that its not a bad place for the price.

The cleaning staff should be fired the sink wasnt clean there was only two towels in the room.

There were cables hanging from the ceilings all the way down the hallway. This place looks like it’s run by drug addicts. The hallways wreaked of marijuana. Tv didn’t work. Sketchy people, was worried my car would get broken into

Room was NOT ready, No towels, just sheets on the bed no bedspread, no blanket. Floor was extremely dirty, I walked from the bathroom to the bed to put on socks and shoes, my feet were unbelievably dirty

Price It was very very dirty, it smelled awful, are room door didn’t close all the way. There was mold build up in the doorframe it was awful.

When i got there my key fobs did not work. I was told my door needed a battery change. My second night the door was broke and I had to get let in again. I also noticed they had not changed my towels or sheets. My third night the door was still broke. No towels or sheets changed. When I checked out I asked for a partial refund because I could have slept in my car. And also asked about why no towels or sheets. They told me I should bring my own towels. And when I called the next day to discuss a refund I was told the manager was in a meeting. Then again. Until finally they blocked me. Needless to say this was the worst hotel experience I ever had. Do not stay here. Ever!. Poor service

Not applicable. My friend and I had our room cancelled due to the hotel overbooking. We had not prepaid and was told "the rooms who did not prepaid were cancelled and the ones who paid were not." It has been 1 week since our trip and still no cancellation email. We were told about the cancellation at the desk when we attempted to check in. After driving for 5 hours, I was beyond furious and they said there was nothing they could do. Be mindful when booking this hotel.

The breakfast was decent for a continental. The pool towels were waah cloths not towels. I couldn't even wrap my 3 year old granddaughter up. There were people sitting on the pool deck rolling and smoking marijuana. Overall, the place was central for us and cheap, so I guess you get what you pay for. Rude staff and unclean rooms.
