Decent property I was in town for a family reunion

Whoever room above mine continuously was jumping and banging over my head the entire weekend. Also read the fine print they charge $50 per night every night security deposit doing your stay. Beside that I would give 8/10 overall

Great stay outside of Detroit.

The room was very nice as was the building. Breakfast was very good including the toppings for "make your own Belgian waffle", French toast sticks, hot cooked oatmeal. Definitely pet friendly but didn't know i was going to be charged at checkout $75 for my dog by the hotel separate from what I paid to Expedia for the room. The dog fee was supposed to be waived since I went thru Expedia to book the one nite only room. Also I book with Expedia for $105, non-refundable then saw the same room with Expedia for $85 a minute after I got confirmed. If I were to cancel or rebook the room for $85, I would have still had to pay the $105. Not fair at all.

very clean and well maintained. very nice room with walk-in shower and fluffy towels. Very good breakfast and there were cookies at the front desk!

Breakfast was AWESOME, whole place was super clean, very happy we stayed here! Also, the PILLOWS were the BEST!! The pool was a little cloudy but didn't stop us from swimming:)

Hard bed

It was in a good location The room phone did not work, there were no dressers for your clothes, they didn’t take cash for items both from their shop.we only ate breakfast once out of the five days there due to the food choices not being great.

Nice Hotel

The room appeared clean when we first entered. However, as we were getting ready for bed, we discovered a large stain on the bottom sheet. We chose to overlook it, but the bathroom had a very unpleasant odor that became even worse when it got steamy after using the shower. Overall, it negatively affected our stay and cleanliness expectations.

Daily housekeeping and a friendly front desk staff.

Grass needs cut and trimmed. I was scared to take my dog outside because I was scared of her getting ticks. Door fell off of cupboard. Shower did not appear to be cleaned.

Booked our room the day of travel. Realized at check in, a few hours later, that I booked for the following week on accident. The hotel refused to let me switch the dates. So I had to rebook for the night and then I had a room for the following week too. I understand that I made the mistake. But I couldn’t believe that they wouldn’t accommodate a date switch since I wasn’t canceling and they would still get their money for the hotel stay.
