Typical Hampton Inn. Elevators and hallways could use a little cleaning up.

1st breakfast was so-so. Toilet clogged but was fixed. Housekeeping was good . Front desk was fine. Had a nice stay.

The location and the overall property and room. The breakfast offering was sub par.

Very convenient location for all of the places we intended to visit during our stay. Our room was as described and clean. Breakfast could have had a little more fresh food, such as cut up fruit, more than one choice yogurt flavor. Would like to have had milk available as a drink

I stayed for a four day business trip and the hotel was great. It was clean, quite, safe and everyone there was friendly.

Very pleasant stay

Relatively close to the airport with good freeway accessibility and many shops and restaurants nearby. Highly recommend for airport accessibility at a great price. The room was a decent size, but between the two beds and huge amount of furniture (desk, entertainment center, wardrobe situation, table, chairs), there was nowhere to set our suitcase, which was really frustrating. We had to rearrange some furniture to even get our clothes and toiletries out for the night.

This Hampton Inn was beautiful, very well maintained and clean. The front desk staff were kind and helpful.

We always book at a Hampton because they are consistent. Our 4 day stay we had to ask 3 times for housekeeping services. Day two we ran out of towels and the garbages were full. I stopped by the desk that afternoon and they said housekeeping had to wait until tomorrow. They were able however to replenish our towels. That night our son had an accident so I stripped the bed and stopped by the front desk on our way out to confirm we were on the list for housekeeping. That afternoon around 3:30 our room was still untouched and when I contacted the front desk she said that housekeeping was done for the day. When we requested a new room we were denied . Housekeeping did show up about 5 minutes after that. Instead of changing our linens they simply made up the bed with the soiled linens that we requested they change on day 2. We will never stay at this location again and in the future will stay at the airport location .

Shower was permanently stained. Front desk staff woman on 8/22& 8/23 was dimissive, she looked annoyed, and unapproachable. Breakfast was decent.

Loved the location and the friendliness of the staff. Very understand and helpful.
