Very friendly staff everything was up to expectation couldn't have asked for a better hotel to stay at for the night even after arriving pretty late There was a room next to ours that had rotten food sitting in the hallway when we arrived as if they had been cleaning the room but I understand how busy it can been it was pretty hot

This place needs to be updated and a very deep clean done. Hallways are dirty we never received any room service even though it was scheduled. The bed mattresses are very uncomfortable and need to be replaced

We were given a pass on the rest of our reservation, and moved to a clean hotel.

I never actually got a room because the desk person gave me a key to someone else's room and then disappeared and never came back before I gave up waiting. He was either high or drunk or really sick because he couldn't stand up or do anything. He tried to keep my ID when he copied it. I gave up waiting for him to return and went to the hotel down the street. I'm still fighting to get a refund.

1st room was being painted. 2nd room the painting was bad & the toilet didn't work right. 3rd room we got was OK. lack of upkeep & repairs was very noticeable.

The staff was so friendly and very helpful. Our room was very clean. We got checked into the wrong room at first but when I went down and asked the front desk about it they straighten it out right away. Great place.

Pics were a little deceiving. Our room had paint splatter everywhere and crumbs laying around. Trim was falling off the walls. The staff was very helpful.
