Breakfast seemed to be of lower quality than I expected given that the room rate was not great. The sausage links and scrambled eggs were OK. Low quality syrup for the waffles, no regular half & half (all were flavored) and the hostess found large boxes of only flavored ones. The cups for juice were the tiny 2 oz. size ones. No microwave in the dining area to cook instant oatmeal. We were asked, "You have a microwave in your room don't you?" No washcloths in the room and only one coffee cup. Housekeeping and the dining room attendant didn't seem to be doing a good job. We probably won't stay there again when in the area.

Overall the hotel appeared clean, but our room had cobwebs in every room and in every wall. The soap basket in the shower was corroding. I think there is a lighting element in the mirror that did not work because the bathroom was pretty dark. Bathroom walls were also dirty. The air conditioner was quite loud and since the room is very small it was disruptive when trying to sleep. King size bed was somehow smaller than a standard king that we’re used to. And since it was a Friday night we had drunk people up and down the halls all night and a very loud drunk person just outside our window yelling at someone until 3AM. It was not a great stay, some due to the hotel and some due to other people staying. Probably a decent hotel overall.

The breakfast was terrible. I’ve stayed at many hotels and have had plenty of hotel breakfasts. I don’t expect anything out of this world, but the eggs at this place were disgusting. I took one bite and thru them out. Even my toddler wouldn’t touch them. They had a fair option of other options like waffles and bagels. My biggest issue/complaint was the pool and hot tub. I tried calling the property directly multiple times before booking the room and didn’t get an answer. Against my better judgement I booked it anyway. After we got there I confirmed the number with the front desk and they said it was their number and I told them I tried calling and they said they were here during the time I was calling. I didn’t argue but asked if the hot tub and pool were open and they said the hot tub was broken. So we paid a little extra for that area for a hotel with a hot tub and didn’t get it, which could’ve been avoided if they answered the phone. The pool itself was tiny, temperature and cleanliness was fine but anymore than 6 or so people and it would be crammed.

Room had wrappers in the drawer microwave was dirty

My reservation was cancelled prior to my trip. I didn’t know it was cancelled. So, I reserved another room in same hotel and the night clerk told me we couldn’t check in until 4pm . Mind you we drove three hours from Chicago. Didn’t arrive until 2am . To be told we couldn’t check in until 4pm later that day. However, the clerk from the hotel behind Fairfield inn assisted us as walk in.

The whole property was very clean and our room was very clean. We were just a little disappointed when we found out the hot tub didn’t have water in it.

Only issue was the freezer part of refrigerator needed defrosted. Could not put anything in refrigerator because of the ice buildup.

Room was perfect for what we needed it for. Could have used more towels upon arrival.

One of the best hotel stays…and I travel a lot. Sharon at the front desk was amazing and definitely loved her job! Would stay again!

Location and overall cleanliness was good but I asked for more hangers and no brought any by. Also the ironing board was broken. Couple of minor things but expected better from Marriott.

It was good enough for a night. Nothing fancy.

First time at this property and asked for ideas where to go for lunch. Staff was helpful and recommended nearby Plymouth. It was amazing!! Thank you - we will be back!

The night staff was very helpful and friendly. The food was good. The mattress in room 211 needed to be changed out not as comfortable as expected.
