No breakfast but staff was very nice

Mike and Tamara are truly exceptional individuals. From the very beginning, they made me feel comfortable and welcome. They bring positive energy and are genuinely kind, thoughtful people all around. two solid people who know how to make you feel at home. I definitely appreciate y’all and was glad to cross paths with you both.

The room felt extremely grimey and dirty, like it had not been properly cleaned in years. The shower had (assumed permanent stains) on the walls that made it seem like someone had either vomited in there or died in there. The towels were also extremely thin and tattered, and the ventilation in the bathroom was so poor that the towels felt perpetually damp. The staff was nice and did their best, but our check in process ended up taking 45min in the morning because they had overbooked by 5 rooms and we had to take a downgrade, and the system was not cooperating.

They cancelled my room reservation on day of arrival without any advance warning. Found out upon check in. They claimed they were overbooked and so my reservation was simply erased.

Lots of uncollected, feces of birds and dogs and fleas and everything out there and in the rooms

Not a fan of being on the first floor level.

Do not stay at this hotel. They claim that their policy is to only clean rooms once every 2 weeks. Therefore we had to make our own beds, throw out our trash, and grab our towels. Worst service ever.
