My assigned room had chunks of carpet missing. The doorframes were chipped and worn. The room didn’t appear to have been dusted in quite a while. The bathroom floor needed to be cleaned. There was an old molded coffee filter and grounds in the coffee pot. The refrigerator didn’t work and the front closet had a bunch of exposed wall anchors and missing shelves. Lastly, the wall nearest the window had suspicious dripping stains (disgusting). In all, not the greatest stay for the price. This hotel needs a major deep clean on the rooms and a repaint and carpet replacement as well.

Place did not smell clean. There was a fly inside my room.

Staff was kind, breakfast was good. Only complaint is the stains on the carpet and on the fitted sheet.

Nice

Breakfast was great. Beds were clean. Bath towels were up to par. Rest of the room was dirty. Dirty mirrors, scum built up on shower shelfs, gross looking roll of paper towel at kitchenette, old rag towel for dishes there too, and no dish soap or soap for that area. Toilet paper holder was broke and wall mount was coming off. Spoons in the drawer did not look sanitized. Dirty, dusty looking floors and dusty shelves and counter tops. This looked more like someone's living room than a nice clean hotel room ready for the next paying customer. Maybe this room just needs an upgrade on the floors and a bit deeper clean. Staff was very kind and friendly.

Everything was very clean. The woman that checked us in was also very accommodating and friendly. Maybe a couple of towels.

Room is old, furniture is worn and desk had chips in it, but it was clean, staff was very nice on all shifts. Breakfast was slim, but okay.

I’ve stayed here before but this is the first time I felt that this particular room was neglected. When I entered the room, the window was wide open, the TV had the incorrect welcoming information and there was tobacco odor that lingered for days and it was EVERYWHERE you went in the room. I was very unhappy and felt that they knew it was an issue but still allowed us to stay there. It would have been nice if we knew beforehand.

Clean room great staff

After we switched because door would not pock on first room: Nice, clean, comfortable room. Good customer service, if you asked for something.. cleaning service was minimal very little cleaning done during our 8 day stay but clean upon arrival. Had to ask for towels everytime except the time or two our room was cleaned.
