Front desk don’t answer the phone in night Place smells of smoke smell everywhere Bathroom door was broken Won’t go again there

This place is disgusting. The bathroom had grime & buildup on the floor & a strong smell of pee. The carpet in the room was dirty. The first time I stayed here there was pee on the bed & no one ever came to change it after asking multiple times. Stay far away from this place!

We complained to the elderly receptionist, showed photos and videos, and asked him to check. He refused, claimed no manager or night room service existed, and ridiculously demanded we prove/identify what the dirt was before helping. When we refused to be pushed around, he initially offered a full refund and told us to leave. But at 11 PM, where could 7 people go? We simply insisted on clean bedding instead. Seeing we couldn't leave, he flipped out, went back on his word, and barked that there would be NO refund—demanding we leave immediately. I directly asked if he was kicking us out, stating that if so, I needed a full refund for this unsanitary mess and would file a formal complaint. He snapped, kept his head down, and aggressively repeated that no refund would be given and we should just get out. After a long confrontation, he only replaced one duvet for my friend. For my room, he rudely handed me a single small towel, telling me to cover the dirty bed with it myself if I thought it was gross. Stomach-churning filth and abusive service. Avoid at all costs.

No house keeping service. Stayed 2 nights. When returned by 10 pm to room, no housekeeping done. Went to front desk. The girl behind the counter told me to bring down my towels and wash clothes and she can get me fresh ones and just get coffee stuff from breakfast counter. Breakfast was a tight area. Saw some people eating there then going behind check in counter to work. My thought is there is a lot of family people living there on 1st floor. Just my thought.

I will never stay at this property again! It had a funky smell, the staff was hard to understand, the rooms weren’t near as clean or up to date as they should be. The outlets didn’t work properly, the bathroom was gross with a hanging moldy fan and a light that looked dirty and industrial, there was some kind of dark nasty stuff splattered on some of the walls too. The exterior also needed better upkeep as well.

Everything was dirty, staff were rude ? food in hallways, parties in parking lot at 3am

Dirty, smelly, and very run down. Not clean at all. Dirty cobwebs in the room around the ceilings and a horrendous musty smell in the entire room and hallways

You get what you pay for, nothing more nothing less.

I won't stay there ever again. It smelled like cat pee and puke. The rooms need to be updated and it's not in a great spot for traffic

Cheap and cheerful worth the low price but not much more

I will say the Staff was helpful when needed. However the building had an awful smell to it, sheets were dirty, toilets barley flushed, garbage left overs from old guest, wall plugs barley hanging on. However I needed a place to sleep and for the price, I got what I paid for I guess. Breakfast was minimal, they didn't have plates avaible so the guest had to use bowls, no syrup for the waffles.

Nothing No towels, strange people hanging out. Staff were horrible. They charges us and our room was already paid for. Room was nasty and smelled like mold. Key cards kept deactivating. Little to no breakfast.

They is nothing nice to say about our stay room stunk real bad the bed covers and sheets was nasty an we had to get the staff to change the bedding they would not give us another room we hope this helps someone in the future
