Nothing good to note I was put in a room with mold on the ceiling and was told that my service dog was not allowed in any of the other rooms due to allergies, my service dog is medical equipment not just a pet

When we couldn’t get help at the front desk he stepped in and took care of us. He went the extra mile to ensure no one got sick from expired food (yogurt) when we found it and the front desk did nothing and removed it and disposed of it.

I accidentally left my pajamas behind the bathroom door on the hook I called right away to report this 3 times but each time they say they did not find my pajamas I know I left them there so where did they go? I’m not happy with that!

Nothing I had booked this room for two nights for my guest, Deepak Karamungikar. However, when he went to check-in at the hotel, the room he was offered was very dirty and unhygienic. He couldn't risk the health and safety of his family so he refused to accept the room and asked for another room. However, the staff expressed their inability citing reason that the hotel was already overbooked. The staff offered him a refund if he was not satisfied with the room. Accordingly, he chose not to stay and left. He did not stay in the hotel. Please initiate the process for refund immediately. Thanks.

I love the location My original stay was Friday to Monday. But I had something come up and had to change plans a couple days before check I so I went online and changed my dates to Friday to Sunday. Booking told me my total would be $142. When I got to the place they told me my total was $192. I asked why and was told that was my price and my check out day was still Sunday. When I checked out on Sunday I was called and told that my check out day was Monday and why was I checking out? I explained that I had switched it online and they guy who checked me in told me it was for Sunday also. So I thought everything was good. The lady who called me said I also got charged for Monday. Where is my refund for Monday? I checked out Sunday I shouldn't be charged for Monday.

We stayed for five nights and wasn’t impressed.. Check in was no problem..This place needs a huge renovation. Partial cover up on ceiling from water damage. Wallpaper peeling off the walls. Staff yelling at each other in the hallway… I thought it would be a good place to stay since it’s affiliated with Wyndham.The hotel is in a good location and close to the airport….

It was stayable. Had no cooked breakfast.

Our room was clean but the elevator and common area could have been better. The continental breakfast was lackluster but maybe we got there too late (we arrived around 9:30am). We used the hotel primarily for a place to stay after a concert so did not need to use many amenities. The price was good and location was convenient for what we needed it for. It wasn’t an awful experience but I can’t say I’ll book there again on the future.

Location. Nice area and outside property. Hotel needs many repairs. Room smelled, management strayed room. Found door to outside block with rug twice.

Location, everything in the room, curtains nice. Beds were only full, needed to be queen size.

Clean room, excellent price, nice breakfast. Everything was great. No complaints.
