La Quinta Inn by Wyndham Detroit Canton

We had no sink hot water. Were told it could not be fixed till next day. I asked for a differt room, he said(owner) they were full up and we could just use shower water. We were staying 5 days. No one showed up. We did find the lines were swiched with our own search. No one came the next day and we did NOT tell them we fixed it. 3rd day asked for clean towels and was informed I had to bring them to laundry and get even exchange only! I did go get them and then was told the laundry was closed

This was the worst hotel I’ve ever stayed in. Very unclean, could not get extra towels or shampoo. The hair dryer I had to clean before I could use it. Milk at breakfast was expired. I would not go back.

If you want your room cleaned daily, you have to ask for it same as fresh towels. Room was next to laundry and heard many people coming down for clean towels.

Most staff and it was peaceful Out dated in the rooms weak sockets and not enough plugs accessible near bed for charging or sny where

The rooms are terrible, I had to request a new room due to the uncleanliness of the bathroom - mold and mildew all over! Yuck! Don’t waste your money.

How do I find about rewards for earning a free room.?

The room was damp, the air conditioning had a terrible smell, I do not recommend this hotel, the girl did not want to change our room.

Chairs in the room (& the lobby) were heavily stained along with the ironing board. (Gross)The TV didn't work. We reported this 2 the front desk. They couldn't repair it & they had no other rooms 2 move me/my family 2. The TV miraculously started working the morning we were checking out (of course).

We had to move rooms because 1 the room wasnt dusted or cleaned in months 2 a guess that was empeding the hall talking to her mom didn't hear me say excuse me the started banging on all the room doors to find me...the hot tub was down and the pool wasn't heated...and I believe all the bites I have are from bed bugs. Had to leave all my belongings in the garage to make sure I didn't bring them into my house..This was the worse experience I had with any hotel..will never suggest or go back here.

It was decent enough for what I needed.

Room had blood stains on the wall, mould on the ceilings and holes on the walls. Stayed 10min and got out! Staff was very understanding and gave me a refund.

It was very quiet quiet and comfortable Actually, there was nothing wrong with the place.
