This is the third 20+ day stay and I will stay again next year, The staff are wonderful people as well as the management. This stay as the last 2 was a very satisfying time. and I have only very good thoughts with my entire stay. I liked everything except I do not get up early enough to get my coffee.

It’s a great location off of the highway and close to fast food. I really appreciated the affordable price. The bed and pillows were comfy. I wish there were a couple of more options for breakfast other than waffles and cereal/breads, but maybe I didn’t get there in time if there was other hot food. Also, it would have helpful if the dark curtains could close the whole way so the bright lights aren’t distracting at night, but I know that that is the kind of curtains a lot of hotels have.

Customer service was excellent. I had a meeting that got rescheduled past my checkout time, and they allowe5me to stay without charging me extra. Their willingness to help us worth applauding.

Location was fine. Didn’t eat breakfast Not very clean. Lots of wear and tear. Needs to be renovated really bad.

Front desk staff was cool nice and helpful. Especially the night guy tall slim I didn’t like that the bathtub had blood in it and the sheets were not clean they seemed to have lint balls all over them.

Nothing! The smell was horrible. It was not clean. We found blood and baby formula stains on our sheets. Odor, condition of cleanliness. Sheets were dirty. This place needs an over haul.

Nothing good to note I was put in a room with mold on the ceiling and was told that my service dog was not allowed in any of the other rooms due to allergies, my service dog is medical equipment not just a pet
