we love the location. Our room was to be a king we ended up with 2 doubles. Hotel rooms are ok.

No available upgrades, late check in, weird oder when taking shower, high pitched noice from unknown source through out the stay and just misinformed on a few other things that made it worse. Staff try’d to make it right but honestly it was too late when spending as much as I did for a floor level room. Won’t be returning…

Rooms are nice but may be looking at the stairwell or elevator the whole time. What is missing from the hotel description is that only one building is hotel and the other two are timeshare. This translates to an amazing sense of entitlement among people staying there. You have no chance of getting a firepit as those spots are "reserved" with people's things early. Same goes for the beach access. The timeshare people stake out their spot with tents and even this time, a basketball hoop, and honestly treat you as if are in their way. You are provided a bracelet to basically show you are not part of the timeshare, which they will point out to you. That's great they all know each other and hang out, but pretty obvious they look down on you for no reason. Yes, you can walk further down the beach and find a spot with less traffic which is recommended. Location is great, rooms are clean and nice, the timeshare people did enough daily to purposely take away from what should have been a great time.

This resort is in a great location in walking distance to shops, restaurants, cafes and the beach. The rooms were really humid and the AC didn't work well, thw room didn't really cool down. The family hot tub was broken. The pool was significantly smaller than the photos lead you to belive and you cant get a fire pit at night unless you get there really early. Hopefully they will add more fire pits since there is a lot of space in the courtyard. I loved that you can get chairs, beach toys and a beach umbrella. The staff was really friendly and the resort has a great family friendly environment. There are daily k9d activities to chose from also.

Great location right at the village. Room was clean and nicely decorated. Hallway outside in that wing was a bit hot/humid. Slow elevator. Grounds were beautiful and easy access to the beach. I would definitely return.

Realize that for $300+ in high season you are getting Holiday Inn quality rooms in a time share type complex on a very busy street. But there aren’t many better options and it is in the heart of the village.

Great location and access to everything. Very family oriented. A larger pool or adult only pool would have been great.

Overall good stay- Location can not be beat. Hotel needs a little refresh also cover the drain in the shower to prevent awful smell coming up from it.

Highly recommended! Family friendly, everything is walking distance such as beach, restaurants and shops! We are definitely coming back to this hotel.

We have stayed at this property for years and always loved it this time around the communication was terrible I was back-and-forth with the check-in and then not checking in we had to switch rooms not enough towels very bad communication is all I have to say, and no extra pillows !!!!! Way over booked!!!

The rooms and facility are looking their age, especially with sea conditions so close. Perfect location, beautiful grounds and such great proximity to the beach

We had one day stay at resort, from the window we can see the street. Clean and comfortable. Right next to the beach. Convenient and comfortable .

Property well maintained, however was not aware until checki-in/arrival this was also a time-share property. Expedia dropped the ball on that, BIG time bc if I had known I would've bypassed it all together! Rooms 4 guests are old, had a strong, damp, mold-type odor, & custodian services had 2b requested. Was given a 1st floor rm right next 2 staff maintenance, down the hall from pool entrance, & facing the street, when I thought I was getting a beach view.
