I could make a bbq, I enjoyed the gym, the beach was close to us. I would have liked to be able to have breakfast there.

We stayed at CBI Sept 18th. It was clean, just as pictured, and everything I wanted when I booked the room. The staff was friendly as well as the other tenants present (my experience). Everything we needed was right there like the chairs and beach towels. Parking was good. I have not a single complaint 10/10. You will get what you selected. Have a great trip.

Excellent property, friendly staff, rooms were clean. We had a lovely time. They even have a shower to wash your feet at the entry to the property when you come back from the beach to try and minimalize the sand on the property.

Staying here for the past seven years. Love it every time!!!

Large comfortable room with mini refrigerator, microwave, and gas fireplace. The beach front sitting area just off the stairway down to beach was very nice. Parking is close and easy, both above and below ground parking is available. There is plenty to do and see within walking distance.

the location is perfect for walking and relaxing near the beach. Smallish family friendly pool, has a hot tub adult only. Work out area, some freebie food items occasionally. Playground large area for kids to run. Firepits are available, and bar inside. Free parking in the parking garage, very convenient. Lap swim for adults 7-8am pool was nice. Kitchenette was nice and convenient. Bed was comfortable, pillows lumpy. Very safe feeling with fobs to get into most areas. If you don't pay the $50 for early check in, you will NOT get early check in! Then everyone lines up at 4pm to check in. Checking in online doesn't mean you've checked in, we were told it has to be in person. Social hour with free apps and wine is 3-5pm, but you can't check in until 4pm! Talked with front desk people, no one mentioned the social hour. By time we got to the room and downstairs at 4:45pm all apps and wine were gone, not well planned. Housekeeping only comes once every 3 days. They do come get towels and garbage on alternating days. No toiletries, or water provided in your room. 2 coffee packets and some tea. Water in a dispenser is in the lobby or vending machine. Get rid of the carpet and put in VPF much cleaner.

Only area that needs improvement communication from the front desk texting when room is ready . We arrived a bit early and were told we would receive a text when room is ready . We never received text and came back to desk after check in time to get room card. This happened on our last stay as well . Otherwise we really enjoyed our time here

We love it at this hotel, but I didn’t give it 5 stars this time because it smelled musty in the lobby and in our room, and our bathroom was where I could smell it the worst. Last time we stayed, we were given an upstairs room but this time we were downstairs very near the lobby. I figured it was from the weather and being so close to the beach. We also had trouble with the refrigerator in our room and we lost some of our perishable food the first night. It didn’t stay as cold as it should have and I did not trust it for the lunch meats or eggs, they smelled off so I had to throw them out. We still ate our cheese though and it seemed ok. We ate out the whole weekend but we had brought some food for lunches and snacks. It was not the fault of the hotel and I didn’t want to seem like a complainer, plus I figured the hotel was sold out and we probably wouldn’t be able to switch rooms, so I mentioned it all at checkout, The front desk made note of it and they said they would look into both issues. Overall however, the stay was wonderful as usual and the staff were great, especially the evening staff. Parking is awesome, there is a free garage, and the location can’t be beat. We love the property, the pools, hot tub, fire pits, and cabana with everything we need for the beach. It’s a great family place and there is always the sound of babies and small children, which makes you smile. We will stay again for sure, but we will request a room upstairs or not near the lobby next time.
