Good location and nice gardens Pool area relatively small with limited loungers. Front desk a bit haphazard with cleaning missed and needed to be chased a couple of times. WiFi went on on final night. Shutters in bedroom don't really block the light.

Great location. Short walk to beach and restaurants. Beds too soft. Had to change rooms since rm 160 had extreme moldy smell. It was awful! Can’t be the only person who complained about mold!!

Location Outdated, especially the AC. Unclean room, especially the tables. Too expensive.

Lovely property, helpful front desk, great communication, little perks like free beach chairs, bikes, coffee, water in lobby and movie night in the courtyard.

The location was excellent. Right across from the beach. The hotel offers beach equipment right on the sand. So many restaurants to walk to. Friendly staff. The room was pretty basic. Nothing fancy, but it worked. Pillows were flat, but the bed was comfy.

we love the location. Our room was to be a king we ended up with 2 doubles. Hotel rooms are ok.

No available upgrades, late check in, weird oder when taking shower, high pitched noice from unknown source through out the stay and just misinformed on a few other things that made it worse. Staff try’d to make it right but honestly it was too late when spending as much as I did for a floor level room. Won’t be returning…
