They need too upgrade the building. The room i stayed in walls and ceiling were nasty. Needs to be painted . Had a bad smell guess because they allow pets. Beds were terrible to sleep in. First and last time for me

I liked the pool but they refused to give us more towels and two towels for three people is not enough. The towel bin at the pool was always empty I didn't like that the ac was leaking, the wifi was so bad to you couldn't connect to it, there were cockroaches and bed bugs, the ceiling had black mold, and there was blood stains on the sheets

Conveniently located on the main drag with many options to eat and shop within walking distance. Beach and boardwalk very close as well. The pool was very clean. Pet friendly Air conditioner was VERY loud. My room only had a washcloth and hand towel (no bath towels) and they were very old and worn. The sink had no stopper and had stains as well as the bathtub. No double lock or deadbolt on the door. Circuit breaker panel was in my room and the door was missing to that.

The location and price were ideal. It is only a short walk to the beach/restaurants/boardwalk/etc. The room was perfect for what we needed, and I would totally stay here again! You get what you pay for—some of the facilities were sub-par (the toilet made a loud noise for a while, some of the floor was wet, etc).

Rooms were not clean, dead flies were on the floor, there was hair on sheets, bathroom smelled like a public bathroom at a gas station.

What breakfast? No spider webs in the corners would have been nice, some rugs, some sheets on the beds, real coffee, and creamer, put us on the 3rd floor when there were other options

Was convenient to all the boardwalk activities at Carolina Beach Our room was not cleaned the next day. Went to get fresh towels and didn't have wash rags. Had to take trash out ourselves. Window had blinds, but no curtains. The light from outside was so bright all night long
