The staff was nice and everything is easily accessible and there is alligator outback by the pool That I couldn't stay longer

Breakfast was very good but would have liked a variety of fresh fruits. The room we choose was a little too small but we made do.

I didn’t like that the bathroom fan didn’t work but I let staff know and they were nice.

We didn’t have the breakfast. All the staff was so friendly. We were close to everything

Staff was amazing and accommodating, Location is great; we were able to walk to dinner spots and various excursions. Breakfast was yummy. Pool was well kept. For the price I expected better updates within the rooms. Things such as the toilet paper holder was broken. Duvet was stained on one of the beds.

The facility is really clean and the staff were really nice. The breakfast and coffee hit the spot for an early morning departure. I didn’t have any complaints.

Everything was exceptionally clean. The staff was very friendly, informative, great sense of humor and all around good people, treated us very well. The provided breakfast was delicious and plentiful. Location was not on the beach but close enough and we will be back!!

Nothing really. Their customer service is terrible. I tried emailing and calling several times and got no response. I was trying to get a refund because 30 minutes after we checked in we had to leave and drive home for a family emergency.

Great location to beach. Clean and comfortable. The toilet was cracked and moved when sitting down to use. Alerted front desk.

I loved the location to the beach, shopping, and dining. The staff was personable and helpful. The breakfast at the hotel was good; but I was surprised that the meat choice was the same daily. In my experience, the meat choice usually changes from day to day. I would like to have seen the breakfast meat choices change from day to day. Literally, eveything else was fine.

It was clean and the staff was friendly. Chrissy was friendly and accommodating. The continental breakfast was good. The pool area was very clean. We enjoyed our evening swims. The walls are a little thin. It’s ok. People just need to have some respect for others need for rest. It wasn’t bad. The coffee needs something. But I like strong coffee…

Very clean and staff friendly N/a

I enjoyed the pool. the breakfast and location of hotel next to beach, boardwalk and Breeza. Housekeeping was not attentive to our needs. We had to get our own hand towels and wash cloths. When they ran out we had to reuse our bath towels. Staff was not super urgent or great. When we left to go to the beach, none of our towels were thrown out or our bed was made. Also, we wanted to book another night, however it would have cost us 229. Too expensive for one night.
