The Windstar Hotel

The Sanitation grade was 100. I noticed that FIRST! Very impressive.... My neighbors. The Room next to mine, 208 was very loud and noisy. Their child kept coming to my door shaking the door handle. Running up and down the aisle. Stomping for whatever reasons in their room. I did reach out to the Front Desk. And the Lady did come up to speak to them.

No everything was great

This is by far the cleanest hotel I've ever stayed. The staff were exceptional and the breakfast was wonderful as well. The pool was also very well-maintained. I didn't dislike anything. However, the only issue I encountered was upon my initial check-in because I was put into a room with a non-working shower door. The staff apologized multiple times and had me moved to a new room within less than 5 minutes.

It was very comfortable and cozy. Not far from the beach. Good price for what I got. It’s something no one can control but I didn’t like that the walls felt thin. As in I can hear the room next to me with ease and I didn’t like that. But like I said, can’t control that.

Staff was Great, breakfast was good, cleanliness was good but could have been better. Walk to the boardwalk wasn't bad about a half mile. there was a variety of restaurants to choose from close to the Hotel. Was very disappointed with the pool, the water was very cloudy and the pool had so much stuff floating in it. I took the skimmer and spent an hour skimming the pool so that my family and I felt better about swimming in it. The blow dryer in Our room was missing the screen on the back and my daughters hair got sucked into the dryer and was burned and twisted into a huge knot.

Staff nice and good location While it was July 4th, it being last minute and more than one room available, a “family” discount to fill the room the day before would have been expected…$800 for a family of 5 for one night in one suite just was a lot

Everyone was very friendly and breakfast was delicious Nothing.

Nice staff, spacious rooms, walkable to restaurants, grocery, beach (15 min), easy and free parking, away from the crowds Loud air condioner, room doors didn't latch without effort, hard mattress, strong piped in scent in lobby and hallways

Clean , convenient A little pricy for last minute stay

The breakfast was decent enough. Eggs were watery like literal water in the bottom of the pan. But the pancakes were good. The beds were crazy uncomfortable and the walls are so thin I could hear EVERYTHING including just regular conversations which is probably why the tv volume only goes above a whisper. The AC unit was very loud as well. Bring your own pillows!

The place was excellent, clean, the room was perfect, staff was friendly, helpful and knowledgeable about the area. The place smelt great. Really enjoyed staying there and would recommend it to everyone. Breakfast staff was great also. Everything was perfect.

Only 1 towel for 2 people, luckily I brought my own

I pretty much enjoyed everything about it. The room was clean and comfortable and I love the pool The breakfast wasn’t that great. Except the pancakes. Was good

Nothing Room to small

The hotel was great for the price with great breakfast along with the location was convent to tons of amenities' along with not being that far away from the beach area too. Only thing that was little annoying was not being told about having to come get extra room keys as our first set only worked for first night and didn't work the next day and wasn't told at check in that we would need to come down the following morning for new set of room keys.
