Staff at check in was polite and helpful. Room was clean and quiet. Breakfast was good, but would be nice to offer turkey bacon or sausage for those that are unable to eat pork.

Requested certain rooms on first floor near entrance and handicap ♿️ parking when I made the reservation, and they definitely accommodated my request, the front desk gal was very friendly and greeted me and was so warm and welcoming, gave me a list of nearby restaurants when I asked for recommendations, the room was clean and spacious, with a full kitchen that was well stocked with anything we needed if we chose to cook anything instead of going out, the morning breakfast was warm and delicious with many options to choose from, hot pancakes with many topping options, scrambled eggs, boiled eggs, hot sausage patties, fried potatoes, hot oatmeal, cold cereal options, biscuits and sausage gravy, variety of yogurts, fresh fruits, chocolate or regular Belgian waffles, variety of breads for toasting and variety of bagels 🥯 and pastries or coffee cakes and the coffee is delicious, couldn't ask for more! We will definitely be back again!

Never stayed at one previously. Great experience, great room.

Spacious. Clean room. Convenient

We were on a 9 day road trip across KY, WV, OH so we only stayed one night but the room we chose was geared toward those staying multiple nights like business travelers. So that was a bonus for us. Great room, close to downtown and the interstates. Good experience.

Great hotel good location staff was great

We were looking for a room on the day of travel and this site popped up, we had never heard of Sonesta properties (from GA & SC) but the reviews were good so we took a chance. We were so glad that we did, we got a good rate for last minute, the property was nice on a hill with great view driving up. The staff were friendly and helpful. Would stay there again

This hotel is dated. The bathroom and kitchen cabinets and fixtures are at least 25-30 years old. But the worst part was finding items left by previous guests - a bag in a drawer and a piece of a wrapper on the floor. When I opened the closet a greasy film got on my hands. Basically this room was not cleaned properly. Lastly, I was traveling with my dog and they gave me a room with a stained carpet (multiple stains) from previous dogs’’ messes. My dog did not pee on this carpet because I’m responsible. The whole experience was gross. I’ll never stay here again.
