Charleston Marriott Town Center

Very good

The receptionness was very kind

The room was clean and nice and the property itself was very nice as well, the parking garage had plenty of space. My only complaint was with the AC, even setting it to the lowest it would go my room still felt a little stuffy, the bathroom was nice and the bed was very comfy. Overall I enjoyed my stay, the staff were very nice and welcoming as well.

We first got there and both keys wouldn’t work. A worker let us in and told us to go have them remake the keys we took our bags in and they wasn’t no bags in the trash cans and garbage in them. We went back to the front desk to have the keys remade and he told us that all of their keys and locks are garbage he gave us new ones which they worked but u had to pull the door in to get them to work

Very comfortable place to stay

Excellent food and staff. A little rundown on the outside bed inside looked brand new. Room is very nice and the bed was divine with the pillows and down comforter.

The room was very clean and comfortable. The staff were super friendly and made good recommendations for things to see/do as well as dining options

Check and staff was amazingly kind and helpful. Garage was dirty, rundown and kind of sketchy.

M

I enjoyed the nice room with a bed that had a most comfortable mattress!! Breakfast was delicious!!

It was located across from the Charleston Civic Center so that was convenient! Rooms were not the cleanest neither was the inside of the hotel!

Staff Room smelled bad Carpet in the hallway was bubbled as if it had been wet

Close to concert venue!! The crowd at the elevator after the event! I know there is no way to rebuild that, my room was in a high floor, and there was no way to take that many steps (I am a fairly fit woman or I would have taken the stairs) Another, leave the bar open an hour or two after an event would end (for hotel guest ONLY) may help with the congestion of the lobby. After a certain hour, you must use a key to get into the bar like you would the pool? Kind of like a VIP - but keep the outside traffic people out..
