Didn’t even get to stay at property because they cancelled my reservation. It was a pay at property rental which means you pay when you get there and they charged my card around noonish that day. I had to get a new card the day before because I got hacked. I called around 12:30 after I got notification they needed a valid card and gave it to them and they still ended up cancelling my stay!

Been on the road for two weeks, twelve hotels and this by far was the best.

I loved how close it was to the coliseum and we could just walk across the street! Sometimes the room smelled like pee/musty but I think they may have been having some kind of issue bc they had a humidifier in the hallway. Also, someone knocked about 930 this morning and before I could get to the door, he just let himself in... didn't like that!

Desk clerk was not real attentive or gave me the feeling that I was really welcome.

Super nice, very clean rooms! Comfortable beds, nice showers. Will be staying again!

The staff were friendly and genuinely happy to be at work. I stayed three nights and this pleasant attitude was evident the entire time.
