Solid place to stay near the city center

Property was great. Its in a rough neighborhood with homelessness. Staff was friendly and helpful when I got their attention. Room was great. Breakfast was great. I wanted to do laundry. They told me where it was. They did not tell me the dryer was out of order.

Great location, walkable to restaurants and downtown Charleston.

Property is convenient to the Interstate. Proximity to the Civic Center makes this hotel very desirable.

The property was clean and in excellent condition. The employee ar the front desk seemed overwhelmed by the number of people checking in at the same time. Would have helped to have another person available. The one who was there was courteous, helpful and patient.

Hotel was very nice and clean. Food was amazing manager for the cleaning. Staff was extremely helpful.

Everything was good from the beginning. The check in staff, room was very clean and breakfast was good. Will definitely stay there again.

Room was clean, ac was good, bed was good, tv actually had closed captions that worked, but entertainment channels were limited. Parking lot was was being coated with sealant, so could only use half which made it very crowded. Breakfast had real warm cinnamon rolls that were good, biscuits and gravy were also good, not loaded with pepper like some other hotels, but sausage patties were extra spicy. Great if u like an can eat that, but not 4 us.2 choices of of omelet kind of things, were good, an the other usual breakfast items. Also had many small extra items, like 2 kinds of syrup, 3 squeeze bottles of jelly etc. What I'm not happy with is the shower. The water was just warm, the sink water was hot. After driving over 400 miles I needed hot water to soothe my body.Very disappointing. Also charged me $10.70 To park my car, which was not indicated on web site. There u have my honest opinion.

Very clean property

Our stay was ok. The hotel tried to make us pay for parking and only half of parking available due to sealing the asphalt. At one am in morning motorcycle kelp Reving engine for over 20 minutes and staff did nothing.

Room was clean, beds were comfortable. Breakfast was nice. The coffee machine was state of the art! I came to the area fir a concert, but would definitely stay here again if I was in town

Super friendly staff. Short walk to downtown!

The room was clean and comfortable and worked for my business trip. A couple of words of note though. The hotel is located in an older somewhat rundown side of town. It’s also .5 miles from the main hospital and less than .5 miles from the local greyhound station on the other side. This causes the property to be in the local path for the local unhoused population so that leads to not wanting to go anywhere on foot. The rooms are also not well insulated unfortunately the individual in the next room liked to wake up about 4 am and proceed to hit the snooze button for over an hour and I could here his alarm clear as day. There is another HIE less than 5 miles away on the other side of the river with better food options in walking distance. While ok I’ll stay else where when business brings me back,
