Nice sized room & very clean and comfortable :-) On arrival in room there was only 1/2 toilet roll and it wasn’t replenished - just a petty problem

Good location and very comfortable bed. Checked in on a Thursday and, despite a card saying that housekeeping would do the room every other day, the room was NEVER done by the time I checked out on the following Monday.

Did not eat the breakfast, what I liked was your staff member Brianne. She was working when we arrived very late. She was wonderful. Parking was full since we got there late, so we had to park across the street which was fine since it was late. When we went to leave the next morning around 10am it was really busy trying to get across the street, and also going around the block to get back on property.

It was a convenient location Bathroom floor was dirty. I spilled some water on the floor and when I wiped it up the cloth I used was black.

The room was clean and modern. The staff was friendly and courteous. The free breakfast was very good.

The cleanness. The young lady at the front desk very nice and patient. There was nothing I didn’t like

I think $12 after taxes for parking in the lot is a little bit ridiculous when I've already paid for the room

Location. Waze dosn't have the correct location though. Older run down and needs to be remodeled. Not as expected compared to other hotels in the company.

I liked that the room was clean and the bed was comfortable. It was conveniently located right off the highway . The breakfast could have been better

The could not find my reservation so had to get on the phone with the help desk for about twenty minuets for the reservation number not confirmation number I was given when it was booked - also had to scan a code and pay 11 to park which it states free parking on line
