Location was the main problem, and there’s really not much the hotel can do about that. Charleston is a confusing city for visitors, and I couldn’t figure out anywhere to go to dinner that would be easy. So I settled for a pizza delivered by DoorDash. The hotel provided a list of restaurants with their addresses and phone numbers, but that’s about it. I probably wouldn’t stay there again — but it’s unlikely that I’ll visit Charleston again anyway.

Great location and helpful staff Didn't know until I already paid that they give discount if you are from out of town and are there for hospital medical procedures. I think that it should be mentioned up front and on booking.com. because I thought the price was a little high for no longer than I was there, 6:00 pm to 6:30 am.

The property could use some updating, but the staff are exceptional! Very friendly, helpful and courteous. The staff were awesome!

The carpets were being cleaned - so although there was a blower outside of our door - it was very slick on the floor when we went from the hallway to our room. The hotel was somewhat outdated, but looked like maybe they were getting ready to remodel as there was big boxes at the front entrance, and our bathroom looked like they had started to tear off the bathroom tiles. Staff when we checked out was very helpful!
