Check in & check out staff were great. Vending machines didn’t work correctly, which sucked getting back late at night. Then, get to breakfast- no plates, no coffee. I’m looking in the cabinets, trying to find plates because there was no one to help. A woman came out & was absolutely unnecessarily rude about looking for plates. As if I was going to check the cabinets & steal something. Maybe if you had plates out for a sold out night of a hotel breakfast, maybe I wouldn’t have had to look. Finally came back with plates. She comes up to me again & makes a smart aleck remark about trash that was not mine. Multiple people are wanting coffee. She grabs it, never comes back with it. We get done eating after only having milk (because that was all that was available; the juice was out of order, & she never brought back coffee.) We get done eating, still no coffee. Walk outside, & she’s talking outside w/someone in a car. No wonder we got no coffee. After paying not cheap prices for not the best hotel in the first place, you think hospitality workers, especially first thing in the morning, would not be so unpleasant, for no reason. I also work customer service & would never imagine being such a rude person to someone PAYING good money to stay the night somewhere that I worked. I was told I should’ve complained to management on the spot but figured I would just leave a review. Fine place to stay for somewhere to sleep though. Hope she has a better day, or I guess the day she deserves.

Can be cleaner for the price. Staff was good and helpful. Could have better breakfast choices
-
It was fine. Things in the room were broken, room had a smell.
-
Nice enough staff and accommodations, my only complaint is there were ants in my room.

How helpful that front desk was when I checked in. He was very kind and welcoming.I didnt like the parking and that they only had one ice machine working. But overall I was satisfied I would definitely stay again.

Homeless hanging out nearby, the pool was in a state of disrepair, stained hallway carpets. Just stayed less than 12 hours so it was okay, but definitely wouldn’t pick again.

Advertised a pool and the pool was out of service.

The area is a little rough, but the room was great and the hot breakfast was appreciated 👏

Finally almost recovered from bug bites

I had read reviews about this hotel recently, say it was clean and looked new renovated. We stayed on the 7th floor, definitely NOT renovated. Dirty carpet, dirty lobby. The area had a lot of homeless people wandering around, street were dirty and I didn’t feel safe. The hotel room it self was quiet. We slept and left right away. Would never stay here again!

Todo bien. Lo único el estacionamiento pequeño y muy oscuro al frente calle con vagabundos esa fue la única parte que para nosotros vimos peligrosa.

The overall property was nice, but our room had a few issues. 1) Used floss was stuck on the table between the beds. I'm unsure how it was missed when the bed was made. 2) We had to fix the TV ourselves - the wall/connections need to be fixed. 3) We were left with very little toilet paper with no extra roll (we know we could have called for extra but we got in late. It would help to have one extra "on the ready").

I booked because it was close to the airport and it showed it had a pool. The staff that was working when qe checked in at 4pm was rude, the pool had been permanently closed. The location was horrible. There was 10-15 homeless people that stayed on the street across from the hotel. Not the best place to stay in town

The area is full of homeless and drug users

Located in a bad area of town, ppl walking around all hours of the and night. Breakfast was ok. Vending machine prices are ridiculous. Staff was very nice.

Good experience for me and my son.

As soon as we walked in it smelled like pure cigarette smoke. The website said there was a pool,, there was but it was closed. The elevator and the halls smelled terrible. There was no phones in the rooms and the wifi could only be used on our cell phones,, and not the tv.

Chow Thai is at the end of the parking lot. The elevator was super fast. All the staff I interacted with were very friendly and kind. Particularly the woman that refilled the breakfast! And the breakfast was fabulous, particularly the make your own waffles. The TV was easy to use, and the shower was exceptional! I used to be a business traveler and many of us judge a hotel simply based upon the shower. Also it had a nice big mini fridge, which was very handy cuz I bought a bunch of things at Chow Thai to take home with me. I have memory and processing problems. So I spent quite a while pushing buttons on the air conditioner before I realized I needed to use the thermostat on the wall. A note on the air conditioning heating unit saying use the thermostat would have been handy. The chair was stuck under the desk and it took me a bit to get it worked free. And the clock on the bedside table was an hour early, which I found confusing. But these are tiny things, and I would happily stay at the quality again. It was lovely and very clean.
