Four Points by Sheraton Charleston

The location is excellent. We stay in the suites and they were due for an upgrade five years ago.

Very convenient location. Easy to walk to old town restaurants and breweries.

nothing about this hotel was satisfactory. the bed sheets and mattress paid were so old they failed to keep the sheet on the bed. pillows were lumpy. towels were scratchy. dry in bathroom was peeling, tub/shower was clogged and filled up with water around my ankles, hair in shower when we arrived, huge stains on the carpets in hallways. I could go on, but the general feel of this place was extremely dated, unkempt, and overall very uncomfortable. Even the coffee in the lobby was horrible.

Room and facility very clean. Parking convenient. Staff was very considerate - we arrived early and were given a room.

All the staff were great. They were friendly and helpful without being too "overengaged". Room was clean, modern and comfortable. The restaurant-style breakfast was great--recommend the omelet. Provide parking instructions. The front parking lot is very constricted. Drove in and got stuck for a bit. All visitors should be provided clear instructions during the reservation process to park in the deck to the rear of the building and enter the hotel lobby from the parking deck elevator.

Good location, safe area, clean and spacious property, friendly staff.

The property has a nice view of the river. The room was nice and the bed was comfortable. The property did not have hot water for 24 hours while we were there. We had to take cold showers before going to a family event. Also, they have an indoor pool but it is not heated, or well maintained.

The hotel location is ideal. The facilities were modern and clean, and tue staff were friendly and helpful. It would be nice if the indoor pool was heated...

Second time staying here. Bed was comfortable and room was spacious. Hotel always has a clean pleasant smell and is very clean. No vent in Bathroom. Room got hot and steamy when someone was in the shower.

Location, view. Some of the room amenities were a little bit outdated.

We were there for 2 nights so basically the room wasn’t serviced and we had no replacement coffee/creamer. The body wash was nearly empty when we arrived and didn’t get refilled. The room was noisy due to external a/c plant noise despite being on the 9th floor.

Fantastic location in downtown Charleston. Literally across the street from the River. The staff was super. Had a great evening meal at the sports bar. The next morning we had an awesome breakfast in the hotel.

There were no grab bars or non-skid mat in the shower. Sheraton should fix this. I had to repeatedly get on the floor and crawl under a table to access a power outlet to charge my devices. That’s not easy for me to do anymore. I was disappointed that dinner wasn’t available at the bar on weekends. When I have eaten there before, it was better than the restaurant in back. The staff were courteous and helpful. Thank you.

Great location. Breakfast was very good. I'd definitely stay here again
